Positioned on the first floor, this unit prioritizes accessibility. The property features a pool with a BBQ area, enhancing the outdoor experience. Conveniently located near downtown, shops, restaurants, canoe paddling, and Kailua Pier's activities, this locale provides easy access to diverse amenities. A sandy beach in front of Courtyard Marriott Kona Beach Hotel is a stroll away. For longer stay (30 to 60 days), special discounts are offered to our snowbird guests, rendering Kalanikai 118 a prime choice to call home. Cancellation Policy: Noted here as this is not able to be customized on third party booking sites. If the Reservation is canceled at least 30 or more days before the reservation check-in date, the Guest will be refunded 97% of the initial deposit amount. Cancellations of less than 30 days will result in a 100% loss of all payments. This loss can be avoided if the cancelation waiver was purchased through Rental Guardian or a Travel Insurance provider of the Guest's choice. Aloha Kona Vacation Rentals does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, hurricane conditions, power outages, tsunamis, lava eruptions, or brush fires. Good quite place to stay. Short walk to beach and away from traffic and crouds. Also close to stores and gym. Neighors were friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

This was a great condo! The location was perfect, so close to really anything you could need. Clean and updated, the grounds were very pretty and well kept. We enjoyed the pool in between visits to the beach and used the grill often. Everyone was friendly there. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great place!

The property as a whole was quiet and felt secluded from the nearby street. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The pictures online were very representative of the unit itself. Some difficulty with the keypad on the door but the property manager was very helpful! Would be beneficial to ensure the keypad code changes at the checkout time rather than before. Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again!

The place was super nice! We enjoyed the pool each night, and the walking distance to town and beach was perfect! It was clean and comfortable! We rented a car, so having the parking spot was great! Highly suggest staying here!

Condo was super clean and welcoming. Was convenient location on the island. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. Close to beach area. The only downside was the window air conditioner in the living room does not keep the bedroom cool enough. There is a portable fan and ceiling fan for the bedroom. Big bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Condo was newly & nicely renovated. The location is excellent for walking to lots of shops and restaurants. Pool area has a beautiful tropical feel. Kitchen was well stocked with all basic necessities. The only disappointment was the loud traffic (which is obviously not the condo owner’s fault) but if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in great condition, has everything that we needed and is a good size. It is conveniently located near the main tourist area, restaurants, stores, main road and airport. The building has an outdoor pool. The neighborhood is quiet at night, which we appreciated for a good night’s sleep. We recommend staying here.

Everything had just been remodeled. We were the 1st guests after remodel. We were very happy with the unit.
Everything was all brand new. Location was very central. Loved the swimming pool. We barbequed one evening. The unit has a full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishware and cooking implements. Full Stove with range, coffee maker and toaster. Washer and Dryer were in the unit. King size bed was comfortable. Danielle the property manager is great. Any question or concern had a text message back to us quickly.
We would stay here again!
