Welcome to this spacious newly built, 4 season, modern log home in Muskoka with private lake access. 3400sf + outdoor living space. Features 4 bedrooms + 2 dens in basement. The log home features open concept living/dining and kitchen, BBQ, homestyle theatre and games area - arcade, mini basketball, board games, ping pong, darts. Summer-outdoor dining table, outdoor fire pit with flagstone patio area, floating dock (40 ft offshore), outdoor volleyball court, 1200sf+ play area for kids (artificial turf). Heating, wood fireplace, air conditioning, HRV ventilation, laundry, wood and tiled floors throughout, large main deck and private primary room deck. Parking for 8 cars. Daytime lake views and nighttime star views are spectacular during all seasons.

The cottage was simply amazing, with tons of space and bedrooms, and an incredible view overlooking the lake. Floating dock with kayaks and a canoe to go around the quiet lake. Basement was a lot of fun, with lots of games and activities for all.

We had an amazing time at Adrienne’s place! The cottage was super clean and came fully loaded with anything and everything you could think of! It was very spacious and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. We loved that there were extra blankets provided and everything was stocked up as well! We had come up for a visit with the family, so the younger ones enjoyed the entertainment in the basement- especially the arcade and the ping pong table.
We had a lovely view of the lake as well!
Our only issue was that the wifi was not set up and unfortunately we barely had service due to the location we were at. Aside from that, I would definitely return to this cottage and would recommend it to anyone!
