So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. – To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: – Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. – Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. ALTIDO will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. – The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. – The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. – Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box.

Location of the property was good, it allowed to walk to the tram and restaurants within distance. The property itself is good, not great, and we did not receive any instructions on how to operate any appliances until the second day of stay. It would have been nice to have that ahead of time, especially for people coming from outside the country. We didn’t know that each appliances had an ON/OFF switch located elsewhere. Silverware were hidden very well, tried to buy plastic spoons and folks was nearly impossible. Thank goodness we finally found the silverware on the last day.

The property is not ground level. The flat is underground. Front and back steps to the underground and entry areas were filthy...strewn with rubbish and cigarettes. Parking space not marked and impossible to access if you have a larger vehicle. Used condom in parking area. Exterior door in primary bedroom does not open (serious egress issue). Exterior door in dining room does not lock. The bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock. Primary shower was full of mold. I had to purchase bleach cleanser and scrub prior to showering. Secondary bathroom is missing grout between tile and shower pan. Baseboards and under/behind beds filthy. Cobwebs around primary bedroom exterior door. NO LIVING AREA. No dressers. No hooks for jackets or umbrellas. No place to hang clothes to dry since no clothes dryer. SMOKE AND CARBON dioxide DETECTORS DID NOT HAVE BATTERIES AND WERE STASHED IN A DRAWER IN THE ENTRYWAY.

Great position for visiting the west end area and walking distance to the old town. Three comfortable double rooms, a well equipped kitchen and a little backyard.
