Large terraces 150m2, partially shaded with a roller awning of 7,5 x 3,5 meters. Swimming pool and garden are illuminated at night. Large pergola accommodates 8 to 9 people. Children's games, swing and ping pong table. Outside shower. Coal barbecue. The villa is very light and comfortable. The total living space is 160m2. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor and one upstairs. Bed linen of excellent quality with 3 double beds (160 cm) and 1 bed (140) cm. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Two separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer with direct access to the washing line. Flat screen TV (117 cm) with access to french, english and german programmes. High speed internet with wireless connection.

The overall impression and stay is very bad due to the host. At our arrival the host insisted that the air condition was not included despite the fact that the ad at Vrbo stated the opposit. We had to spend two days arguing about the AC and make several calls to Vrbo before the host changed her mind. In addition, the host controlls the AC and the light in the pool/garden by an app.We did not feel welcome at all and had a bad feeling during the entire week.

Great pool, very well kept gardens. Really quiet location, but only 5mins by car to Cavalaire centre, where we always managed to find a parking spot despite it being high season.

Schönes, ruhiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gepflegtem Pool und schön angelegtem Garten. Sehr nette und immer ansprechbare Vermieterin. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir haben mit unserer Familie zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht.

Tout est parfait et conforme à l'annonce. Très bon accueil. La situation de la villa est très agréable, très calme... Vous vous réveillerez le matin avec le chant des oiseaux.... Séjour très reposant et vraiment bénéfique pour toute la famille. A recommander.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr ruhig und toll gelegen. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt, empfehlenswert. Kommen auch gern wieder.

Très belle villa fonctionnelle, bonne répartition des chambres. Très bonne literie. Très belle piscine, villa à recommander avec des jeunes enfant pour la sécurité et l'espace. Accès difficile sur les 100 derniers mètres, attention si remorque ou deux roues. Wifi peu performant. Pour les amateurs de fraîcheur la climatisation dans les chambres est en option malgré le prix conséquent.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans cette superbe villa d'une propreté irréprochable. La maison est très bien équipée avec des beaux meubles et dans les chambres nous avons apprécié le confort des matelas. La piscine est très conviviale car elle se trouve près de la terrasse. Géniale la table de Ping-poing et les balançoires :) Le jardin est bien clôturé pour la sécurité des chiens. En plus les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette villa.

"Villa Celovia is a spacious well laid out house with it's terrace, pool and chlildren's play area getting the best of the day's sun. It's four comfortable bedrooms, well laid out living room and combined kitchen and dining area were both spacious and practicable. The house is a short drive to the town and beaches of Cavalaire-Sur-Mer and proved to be the perfect house for our family holiday this year. The days were spent sunbathing by the large pool which never seemed crowded and at night the terrrace with its built-in barbecue was the perfect setting for a family meal. We would recommend Villa Celovia for a great family holiday. It is the perfect house in an ideal location, well maintained, clean and very comfortable."

"Très agréable villa, intérieur propre et bien aménagé. Le matériel électroménager est complet et d''excellente qualité ainsi que les ustensiles et la vaisselle de cuisine. Extérieur sans réel vis à vis, très bien entretenu et sans route à proximité(aucun bruit de circulation). Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté mais sont d''une discrétion et d''une disponibilité rare. Nous avons passé un séjour(2 couples et 3 enfants en bas-âges) vraiment plaisant, nous conseillons cette location."
