Very welcoming host. Cosy room and comfortable bed. Access to fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom ajointing the hall seemed to be for our private use. We were also provided with towels (but no shower gel) and homegrown haslenuts. Furthermore could we help ourselves with chaj and instant coffee. No keys for entrance, which wasn't a big deal since host was always at home and the doors unlocked. Besides, we were only staying one night, so it didn't matter. Keys for our private room would have been nice though; however, I must say that we maybe would have been provided with those, had we asked for them - again, for our one night's stay this all didn't matter and we still totally recommend Hotel Florencia with an overall exceptional experience.

I received homemade cake and tea. The bed was comfortable. The house is quite pretty.

The advertisement of the room is completely false. I wish I could leave a good review, but because of this I simply can’t. The 34m2 is actually max 8m2/ it is not a. Apartment but a small room. There is no view as mentioned, but only a tiny window for air with a roof behind it. I complained but management did not want to solve issue, instead asked for double the money to get a bigger room with view (of which there were many available). I told them I didn’t accept this, but nothing changed. I hate to leave a bad review, because for the rest the people were nice and the small bed was comfortable. But it doesn’t excuse all the lies in the advertisement of the room and not dealing with this issue at all. It made me feel uncomfortable as a guest and was completely unnecessary.
