Everything was good the room and bed it did the job for one night stat.

LOCATION! Price. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. The extra amenities are nice, but we did not have time to use them. Was cozy, comfy, and very clean.

Nice and practical apartment.

Delivered as promised. Nice apartment with no issues.

Not a lot of restaurant options except for the very local ones. Not much of interest within walking distance.

Beautiful view in a modern appart

The view is amazing to see the city. The appartment is modern and clean. The appartment is big, giving a lot of space for our familty. Very easy to go in and out with Grab. The swimming pool is very nice

It is lovely Residence apartment with all comfort

Building is safe and excess to the floor is convenient. Kichen & Kichenette, toilet are very comfortable, spacious apartment and beds are comfortable.

I would never go there again , the staff was very friendly and it is not hmthere fault . but the whole building is super

honestly at first we got an apartment that was dirty and smelly and did not look like the ones they advertised, after we complained we got another apartment for the last nights . the other eine was ok. on the hallway to the apartment it smelled like something oder somebody is rotting and there were cockroaches all along the way. the pool was ok. and the gym was nice even though we found out you are not actually allowed to use it if you aren’t on a long term rent.the staff let us in though no problem there for us.

When we arrived we waited 30 mins to gain access. Once inside the boiling hot room, the agent advised that we had been upgraded free of charge to a two bedroom apartment but that we should now cancel our booking with booking.com and pay them directly so that they did not have to pay. After about 10 minutes of going over how it would work if we cancelled the room, the agent then took payment and left. One of the reasons we booked this place was to do our washing. Well, that was a mistake. Having put bleach into the machine (nicely placed with the washing power next to the machine and in a very similar bottle to fabric conditioner) I had to remove all the clothes and run a cycle to clear the bleach from the machine - after 20 mins I went back only to realise that the water had been shut off. I turned the water on and the pipe was leaking - which explains why it was off in the first place. Eventually I managed to do a full load of washing, only to find that the machine had not spun it. After an hour of googling the instruction manual and trying to invoke a spin cycle, I simply gave up on the idea and started to wring my clothes out and hang them. I contacted the agent and asked for an airer - which they do not supply. So now I was left with soaking wet clothes and nowhere to hang them. By this time it was getting late and we wanted to go out so we hung all our clothes off of every door and chair we could find and went to leave. As we left, we realised we had forgotten something and attempted to go back into the room. Now the door did not open. Again I contacted the agent who wasn’t very helpful at all. We spent 25 minutes trying to open the door and then gave up and went out anyway. The “free wifi” only works intermittently and only when inside the room or directly outside the door.
