Comfortable apartment located closely to the heart of Stavanger

- Good size of the apartment with fully equipped kitchenette - Central location just 15 minutes walk to the port and the Old Town - Swift check-in process - Quiet and no disturbance

Not recommended, only location wise perfect.

Only the location

The electric technics in the room don’t work properly. The studio have a kitchenette where you have electric burner which works very slow, you can hardly fry a egg, it takes a very long time. Forget to fry salmon steak if you think you can have some fun with it after buying it cheap from fish market. Room heater or central cleaning doesn’t works at all and the room cleaner will knock the door at your last day of checking to remind you that you have a check out and you need to leave so that they can clean the room and prepare for another customer even before the check out time at 11:00

It might be perfect if changing towels were included

It was clean, quiet, spacious, and close from the bus and train station (esp the bus station is right in front of the hotel). Staffs are friendly, I also liked the bakery & restaurant on the ground floor. There’s a big supermarket 5min by walk from the hotel.

They don’t clean the room or change towels if you don’t stay longer than 4nights. I didn’t mind of cleaning the room but I really wanted to change the towels after two nights. The staff told me that I need to pay around €6 to change the towels. I mean, I would buy new towels with that price. I would have brought some towels from home if I knew it in advance. Except for this, everything was nice and cozy.

really nice & clean place…

Location is 15 min walk to Stavanger Center, Restaurant is really nice, staff is super good & helpful, Neat, Clean, bus stop is just in front of the gate, Supermarket is 10 minutes away, view is okay

TV should have international channels. wish I had better view from the window

spacious room and bathroom great restaurant (not related to the hotel) downstair.

I tried different rooms. Some rooms have the oven/micro-wave combo below the ceiling. Using an oven at a height of 2 meters is completely insane and very dangerous. luckily, I only had 2 rooms so far with this issue. the rooms are very dark because the lights are so poor. This won't be a problem in Norway in the spring/summer but in the fall/winter, it's pretty grim.

Ideal for my needs for a 4 night stay with location close to family members.

Very convenient location for my needs. Well equipped room/kitchen. Quiet room. The Cirkus Rena restaurant on ground floor contributes to a good ambiance. Efficient and easy check-in and check-out, and late access.

A little strange to never encounter hotel personnel. Large floor standing ventilator fan not necessary in Stavanger in winter and gets in the way. Probably not needed in the summer either.
