value for money: very expensive, rooms quite basic, not very comfortable (beds, toilet), breakfast poor and not organized (not enough food, cups not available, staff - 1 person only - not enough)

Noisy as the hallways and floor are stone/marble so a lot of reverberation of noise of people walking int he corridors and stairwell.

Very friendly staff, very clean. We upgraded to the room with balcony which was a good choice, as the view was wonderful. Breakfast was well done, with a nice outside space and a roomy dining room. Location for the beach AND restaurants in town was excellent.

There was a shelf at shoulder height RIGHT outside the bathroom that both of us ran into every chance we had. It was very annoying. The private beach price of 30 euros was to high for us (especially since we arrived in the evening and they couldnt say how much the discount was), so we went to the local free beach.

I liked the fact that looked after us after booking.com canceled our reservation. I had phoned the hotel when I reaslised booking.com had made a mess of the whole thing.

Booking.com let us down

- cleaning has been done on a daily basis - free parking available

- rooms are incredibly small and most of them have NO balcony, terrace or any place to dry beach clothes/towels (which was a real issue for us, because we stayed for 14 nights) - food was expired (two times the milk was spoiled and one time a cake had mold on it - see the pictures) - prices for sunbeds and umbrellas are different from day to day/ person to person. When asking for an explanation, the Owner/ Receptionist just screamed at us in public and talked very aggressive in front of everyone in the lobby, saying that she never said any price and that she will no longer give us anything (after she previously admitted she had them available on the beach). She never apologized, even if it would have been just a misunderstanding, she never tried to solve the issue. She was only aggressive and offensive the entire conversation => prices are not transparent and clear! - every issue is solved by "I don't speak English, you did not understand correctly" - the Hotel uses the practice of canceling the bookings a few days before the check-in (using different arguments which were not confirmed by Booking.com) and then asking for a higher price for the same room (again using different arguments which were not confirmed by Booking.com) . An investigation was also opened directly with Booking.com concerning this issue - Wi-Fi is not working properly

Simple, clean and friendly. The room was extremely clean, and the white bedsheets crisp and spotless. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and fresh pastries. Excellent for the very reasonable price. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Thank you.

The room was very small, but I knew that when I booked. For 78 euro in June it was a Palace!
