I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to where we were going.
We found the room itself disgusting. The bathroom was dirty with toothpaste still in the sink from previous guests. There were stains on the duvet cover and the floor was filthy.

Cute hotel, especially for the price. So close to everything we wanted to see in Auckland.
The "bar" was not really a bar. There were 2 lovely ladies working there, who didn't really seem to know what they were doing, but were super nice.

Hotel location right near the sky tower; nice building with all facilities required; very spacious room; professional staff
Location is great but always loads of people hanging out the front, not sure how safe it is for women on their own

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were helpful when one of the guests arrived earlier than the check in time. Having parking on site was also very good.
The gym was a make shift one in the basement.

Not their fault but roads a total nightmare to navigate with roadworks etc; they charge for wifi?!! good kitchen but could have done with a small couch or similar; everything was via QR codes - hotel info etc

I felt safe staying here in a clean space. The staff were helpful and I liked the fact their desk was 24/7. I liked how you had to swipe to use the lift too, felt more secure then other places. My room had a desk and the shower pressure was good. I liked the foyer too, the little touches made it a cool space. Location is a very close walk to the Sky City bus terminal.
You could hear people talking and moving about the hallway. The street outside is quite rough, you need to make sure you are careful especially if you are on your own. $100 deposit upfront (they do return it) but I don't remember reading about that when I booked.

The staff were nice.
The room was cramped and nowhere near large enough for four people. The fold out bed we paid extra for was uncomfortable and meant there was minimal space to move, and even sit. Do not advertise this room as suitable for four people. It is overpriced for this description and AirBnB offers better frankly.
