Lovely quiet rooms in a short distance to the sights

The room looking over the courtyard was beautiful and the hotel was near a square with plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly with a 24 hr concierge.

Breakfast options were small but they were lovely.

Lage Top aber dringender Handlungsbedarf

Die Lage ist PERFEKT! Das Personal war freundlich

Hier ist dringender renovierungsbedarf, vieles im Badezimmer war kaputt. Die Klimaanlage war (zentral) nicht eingeschaltet, es war unerträglich warm unter dem Dach. Ich konnte leider nur sehr schlecht und wenig schlafen..

Great location, fabulous staff and comfortable rooms

The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was simple but done well, everything was fresh and clearly labelled. Room was a lovely size, beds exceptionally comfortable and bathrooms very clean.

I wasnt very comfortable with leaving the key behind the desk where they are clearly visible to anyone who walks into reception, so you could in theory say any room number and get the key... they do say reception is always managed but twice we had to wait and ring a bell to give/get the key. Perhaps the hotel could cover the key box so it's not so obvious which room keys are hanging up? 🤔

Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to anyone we knew who was headed to Venice!

The staff was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our way around the area, arranging private taxi's when requested, even helped carry our luggage up to the room! Great location near restaurants, a local boat market pulled in with fresh fruits & vege's just steps from the hotel daily next to a small store along the canal. The public water taxi from the airport docked 600-900' from hotel's entrance, very handy! The breakfast was great, fresh juices/milk/fruits/yogurts/pastries/pancakes/breads with meats & cheeses and some delicious morning coffee, the cappucino was a treat! Serving staff was friendly and helpful. We were in the area for daughter's elopement and when their location for early morning photo's fell thru, the hotel allowed them and their photographers to come in and use the courtyard area for first reveals of bride to the groom pics. The Dorsoduro area is close enough sites to view yet so calm & peaceful in the evening, so relaxing. Hotel Manager Maria Grazia & her staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Venice!

Our room was nice, decent sized, clean and well stocked. The a/c was a nice touch especially with the heat we experienced while there, could have used a fan to help it circulate better, but not a deal breaker. Water pressure in shower was adequate, tub edge was tall, a tad difficult as a shorter person, but good size otherwise. An exhaust fan in bathroom would help clear the condensation, but the tall window was suffice. Note, there is no lift/elevator, just some very steep stairs to the rooms.

Lovely hotel very close to Accademia bridge

Breakfast was absolutely fine with enough choice

The only negative aspect is heaving your bags up/down the very steep stairs if there is no one to help you.

Fabulous location in a historic building, with excellent staff and a comfy bed! perfect for our New Year trip - and a 1

the location was excellent - we love the quirky area,less commercial and so pretty right beside a canal. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good- on a nice terrace which would be lovely in the summer. The building itself is very old and was just what we were looking for. Also a very short walk from a Vapparretto stop and restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was a bit small with no shelves to put things on. The bath /shower was also very high to step into - not easy/safe if you have any mobility issues. there is a grab rail which is essential. The wall also had some black marks under the curtain which was a little disappointing but we would happily stay at this hotel again.

Good budget hotel

Staff was friendly and and check in and out was smooth. Rooms are clean and location is in the quieter area but within walking distance to attractions and restaurants

Had to turn in the room key attached to a brass dongle each time we left. Mattress was quite firm

Superb

Great location - few steps from water bus stop (great connection to and from the airport - orange line). Colorful canals, beautiful churches, piazzas - everything just few minutes from the hotel. Quiet place, single room offers everything you need. Breakfest very good and with style.

A nice stay

The employees are nice and helpful There is a glass factory pass for a factory Murano if one stays in the hotel. Great to see the art of making nice things out of melted glass Easy access to public transport - a boat Fresh fruits + veggies nearby Room is cozy

Good value for money staying in the center of Venice

It is in Venice (not Menstre) but also not in the core center. You could really see a more normal side of life in Venice. This also made it quiet. 10-20 minutes walk and you are near all central hubs. The price to quality and location ration is amazing. We saw some much worse hotels with double price.

the family room was great as our kids loved the bed nook with the single beds. the hotel was very charming and in a great location.

Great Location

Ideal neighborhood to stay, very good location. Staff on breakfast are nicely.

The lady on reception so rude. Breakfast only cold food (croissants, corn flakes, baguettes,...) never 10€ is the cost for each person. The pillow cover was drooling for 2 days, no one changed it.

Excellent apart from checkout

Stayed there many times, and very good, apart from stairs!

On checkout asked if I wished to pay on credit card in Euro or GBP. It is really an insult to one's intelligence to pay in GBP as the transaction goes thru at an appalling exchange rate (presumably to the advantage of the hotel). In my view this practice should be stopped and payment only in Euro.
