Très bel hôtel en centre ville avec superbe salle de petit déjeuner avec vue

Belle chambre spacieuse avec moulures mais équipements modernes, grande salle de bain, parking en supplément très pratique, super emplacement dans le centre, pour ceux qui peuvent se le permettre les chambres aux étages plus haut ont peut être une jolie vue sur la ville, car la salle de petit déjeuner avec terrasse au 7eme étage est très belle

La personne qui était à la réception le matin était un peu sèche

Great service, nice rooms, the location, terrific breakfast, and the garage.

A lot of noise from the street and a nearby bar (insufficient soundproofing) on Saturday night.

A very well decorated, clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Piacenza with a beautiful terrace and restaurant on the 7th floor

Friendly staff, good value, great location

Great location for an early flight from Milan the following morning. Staff were very friendly, advising the best place and cheapest place to park as well as recommending an excellent local restaurant for dinner. Loved the bar on the 7th floor. Rooms are well equipped

Room looked a little tired in places (mould on the sealant in the shower) - but other than that, this was a good hotel for the price paid

Great location and good old style service in a city that has a quiet charm about it.

Located in the heart of the city. Comfortable, quiet and well staffed hotel with convenient parking!

There is some hesitation in driving to the hotel as it is in a restricted area but you should be bold and they then register your car (assuming you have reserved a parking spot) with the authorities so you won’t be fined!

Good hotel for a short stay

Room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Bathroom was also big and nicely laid out.

Walls are very thin and you can hear practically everything from your adjoining rooms. Wifi was very poor. Breakfast is average

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt very welcome. Staff were very helpful and informative. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Had dinner and breakfast, which were very good.

Great hotel in the middle of the city centre. The rooms where spacious, air-conditioning was good, delicious european breakfast - all in all very satisfied with our stay 👍

Very narrow parking garage, however we managed to get the car in, but wouldn't try with a large car.

Nice hotel spoiled by staff attitude.

The suite was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Location excellent right in the town center within easy walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The greeting at reception on arrival was cold, officious and unwelcoming. The lift to the car park was out of order. Breakfast was understaffed and those staff present not conspicuously helpful. In all aspects, the staff attitude was poor. The car park was incredibly tight, with very steep ramps which could easily cause lower cars to ground, and only suitable for small cars.

We were in transit but it was a good stop-over night and we left after a good breakfast.

Parking below the hotel, for a fee. City street parking looked like it would have been difficult. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel's own restaurant was relaxing and the food and service good.

Excellent choice for a stay

Excellent room (suite) at logical price. Excellent location. EV charging in Parking. Very good Room Service for dinner. Full buffet breakfast.

Some Bathroom equipment needs refurbishing/replacement. Parking is unfortunately very tight, if you have a wide SUV, making it hard to enter and manoeuver in parking area. Some items on Breakfast Buffet did not correspond to the high standards of the hotel.
