Not worth the money

Close to friends.

We did not receive the unit number or entry code ahead of time. We arrived shortly after normal check in time and still had nothing. We called the rental company directly between 20-30 times, no response! We eventually got our message on Bookings answered. Not ideal with a crying hungry baby. As we entered, we appreciated how big the unit was. But the living room had a couch that was in pieces. That is a safety hazard and we can’t let our crawling baby be around that. So living room was off limits to her and we could also not use it to relax. For obvious reasons! (see pictures) The team was hard to reach (yes, we informed right away) and did not want to send maintenance until after our departure. They did not offer another unit or any help for that matter. There was no apology and no accommodation on their part. Also the faucet in the kitchen was broken. And the pool is not maintained very well. Over all it’s not worth $540.- for 3 nights to be able to only use part of the kitchen, the bathroom and bedroom only. We will not be back.

Buena instancia!!

El apartamento cumple con las expectativas. El anfitrión nos solucionó de inmediato un problema con el primer apartamento que nos tocó.

Al principio nos colocaron en un apartamento donde no funcionaba el wifi y el aire. Luego llamamos el anfitrión y inmediatamente nos hizo cambiar de apartamento.

Camera spaziosa, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, facilità del check in / check out, posizione rispetto al nostro punto di interesse

appena arrivati abbiamo segnalato alcune cose che non andavano (ho screenshot dei messaggi) e la proprietà non si è interessata per nulla: - divano letto trovato rotto (ci siamo dovuti adattare con dei cuscini per fare spessore) - lampada rotta in camera da letto - umidità insopportabile e dannosa - doccia e appartamento in generale sporco (con anche presenza di insetti) - rubinetto della cucina rotto Nonostante i 120$ della pulizia ci è stato anche chiesto di buttare la spazzatura Aria irrespirabile, sporco e poca attenzione al cliente, state alla larga

Overall it was a good stay except this dirty pool

A lot of space. Bed was good. Kitchen was well equipped.

The pool was not usable. In the pictures there was nice pool but in reality water was green and dirty. Big dissapoitment. We booked this place because child wanted to be in the pool. Also cleaning staff should more clean the walls. Just water and a sponge and it will be clean again. We tried. It’s that simple.

This was a pleasant 3 night getaway for me and my friend.

The location was great - although it was a little difficult to find at night - the actual street number was low to the ground and didn't follow in a logical order. It was easier to recognize on 98th street - so I would include that in information to guests. It is a very nice area and short walk to restaurants, mini mart and to the beach. The bed was super comfortable. 2 big TVs. It was spacious for 2 people and possibly for a couple of small children as well. Great parking!

Communication was horrible if you had any questions - the # given to call was initially "full mailbox" and then I could finally leave a message but 0 response back from owner. I had received automated e-mails stating a non-refundable $95 damage deposit would be charged and a resort fee collected on arrival. I booked through booking.com - to my knowledge no additional fees were charged to me - so this was extremely confusing initially and no one would get back to me. This is not a resort - so no fee charged. We ran out of toilet paper and ended up using paper towels. No wash cloths provided and few towels. I would suggest always having one or 2 additional toilet paper rolls on site and plenty of towels and definately some wash clothes. The sofa was small and super hard and not very comfortable to relax with a loved one. I think it was a little pricey as well.

Excellent address, we'll be back and recommend it 100%!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean, very well located and the staff are lovely and responsive. The bedding is excellent.

The kitchen is a little short of equipment, And a few cleaning utensils would be needed to clean up as well as possible before leaving.

Live savers - Perfect stay

The host was the best, we had a last minute cancellation from other apartment, and after booking the same night in Booking, I call the host who was very polite and reassure me I had my stay. I had no trouble going into the apartment, the apartment was really pretty and well kept. There was hot water, and a full equip kitchen. I was able to speak to someone if we have doubts, wifi worked fine for the 3 of us. Neighbors were very nice and neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Close to the pool you can see iguanas.

The share areas could used maintenance and there there a lot of closets but no hangers or drawers.

Excelent place and location to stay!

I loved the experience of staying here. The place was excelent, very clean and a lot of space. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe and comfortable there. Very easy to park. Would come back for sure.

The only thing I would suggest is to have bigger cutlery, the ones in the apartment are very small

Comuncation with host was a little slow, the apartment was as described, very clean and nice and very comfortable, but if u stay for a week u would like to clean the apartment, but there was no broom or mop in the apartment, but on the overall we had a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! The location is perfect and we would stay at the property again without a doubt!

It has absolutely everything needed. It was clean and in good shape.

Blinds in master bedroom are a little broken.

Spacious apartment close to beach

Clean, spacious and modern apartment. Well equipped and a great location close to beach and shops.

We booked as three guests but there was no 3rd bed. Luckily the bed was big enough for all of us and we are a family.
