it was all amazing! perhaps having menus for drinks by pool would be one nice thing to add. but the staff so good, we didn’t really need them.

The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This small hotel felt like a riad but had some modern facilities which felt the best of both worlds. The staff, particularly Mohammed, were really helpful and friendly and always had time to talk to us and help us in any way they could. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfasts were lovely :)

There was some construction work going on which didn't really impact us much as we were out of the hotel most days. But the one day we stayed at the hotel there were was some noise which was a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice, coffee, omelet, local bread and gems. We got upgraded to a better room, which was very big and nice. The pool looks good but as I went during winter I didn't use it. There is also an outside oven, close to the pool area, to bake pizza which looked very nice.

We could hear the noise coming from outside our room (people talking). The walls and the doors might not be super sound proof.

Amazing location near the airport. Especially if you have a car. Medina is quite close and you can relax in the quite environment after an hectic day in the souks of Marrakech. The staff was excellent and even with last minute booking and late 2am arrival everything was ready and taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing bad to say. Other then it's a bit hidden behind K1 club. So a sign on the way would be good. But Google maps shows the right place so wasn't that hard to find.

The hotel was nice. Reception staff were really helpful, booked a restaurant for us and printed our boarding cards. Wifi was a godsend as mobile data is soooooo expensive! District is a good one. Not busy and really quiet at night. Few minutes walk to carrefour which was useful for the extra little bits we needed and buying a little bit of alcohol. Room was cleaned daily and frsh towels left.

The fridge didn’t work in our room so we had warm drinks. The pool definitely needed some TLC and a filter system and maintenance to ensure clean safe swimming water. Overall the hotel was nice. I’m not sure it’s a 4 star by western standards, probably 3 star.

A beautiful small (16 room) boutique hotel less than 10 minutes away from the medina. beautiful pool, large clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, large TV and safe in the room. A fantastic place to take a brake from the hectic Marrakech. A small shopping mall next door + a movie theater were the icing on the cake. Close to the best restaurants in town. WE LOVED IT!

the locations was great it was 50 dirhan to the main square where all the markets are which is about £4.15 the pool was great and just what you need especially when it hit 47 degrees the staff were great the mall is opposite with supermarket

no real bar or kitchen would have been nice to have a bar facility and menu for food there was a bbq and pizza over but no menu the staff said you eat what you want and then we give you the price - bit backwards spent most off the time eating out

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed as if I was family. Hot traditional Tea and biscuits. Mohammed was the most professional host and gave me all the guidance I needed from the local sites to see and arranged transport for my needs. In the morning I had breakfast by the pool and was sad to say goodbye. The room was huge with excellent facilities. I watched the latest films in down time and felt like a home from home. Just take my advice and visit for work or a well deserved holiday.

I was tremendously delighted with the exceptional service from check-in to check-out, where Mohamed, Abdeljalil & Yosra were at the listening and taking care of the tinny details, so we felt home. The comfort, cleanliness and quietness of the place are so adorable and were exceeding my expectations. The location is strategic, as it's nearby commodities, very accessible, parking for free and far from traffic jam & vehicles noise . The Breakfast was very consistent and the menu was different each day (the Team was creative 😊) I felt home and I'll definitely come back again.

Need to improve breakfast

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing rooms and brilliant staff....me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time....thanks to everyone at Albakech who made the stay so great....especially Mohammed....if you go to Marrakech you should totally stay here.....also the city is great 💜

Everything was great.

The staff at the albakesh house are super friendly and accommodating - Muhammad, Amin and the director are all wonderful and willing to bend over backwards for us; whether it be early morning breakfasts or arranging excursions, etc. The pool area is nice to hang out at on a beautiful day. Location is in relatively close proximity to the Medina but outside of the hustle and bustle - very easy to get a quick taxi to and from. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The only thing that was a slight downer was a mildew smell in the bathroom.

It feels like home & the pool area is lovely.
