it was perfectly situated for the area we wanted to be in. It was spacious enough, had all amenities.

The location was perfect - just next to the Villa Melzi gardens which give you free entrance. Also near to the hiking trails and harbor San Giovanni. Apartment had everything you needed, including kitchen furniture- we made there our own dinner and ate them at the tables in the apartments yard with the view of the lake. Everything was clean and lovely. Very friendly hosts :))

Our room had views to Lake Como and the mountains on the other side. The free access to the Villa Melli gardens was a bonus we used that to walk to the Bellagio Centre. Overall a great location.

Amazing location. Our apartment had a view to the lake through our window, which overlooked the Villa Melzi chapel. A 15 minute stroll through the Villa Melzi gardens to Bellagio (during the garden opening hours, otherwise you simply walk via the road). A 5 minute stroll to San Giovanni, where there is a wonderful cafe for your morning coffee (Nene Bellagio). The apartment was large, spotless and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle (+ day trippers!) of central Bellagio. the service was fantastic and friendly. Note there are no laundry facilities. We went to a laundromat in San Giovanni.

Amazing location. Next to beautiful gardens of the Giardini Di Villa Melzi.You can see the lake from sitting at your window. Easy 10 minute stroll into Bellagio along the lake. Apartment was spotless and nicely decorated with every amenitie. We even cooked there one night.Would visit again.Free access to the gardens while staying there was an extra bonus as it was great to stroll through en route to the the town.

Perfect location a short walk away from the town centre but far enough away from from the hustle and bustle. Free access to the giardini di villa melzi gardens. Lovely apartment had everything you need. Kitchen, booklet with recommendations on where to eat, attractions to see, spacious bathroom. The owner was lovely had every little detail thought of. Would definitely stay here again

A very pretty location just outside of the main town in Bellagio. Great to have a small beach just metres from the door. The apartment was comfortable and staff were flexible and friendly with check-in, with good communication.

The apartment is about a 10 min walk from the town centre, involving quite a steep hill which we found challenging with a large suitcase. The air conditioning unit was also loud so we had to turn it off to sleep and the hob was a bit temperamental. The kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils and more basics like salt and pepper.

The location was very peaceful and Ornella's welcome was wonderful. Definitely a bonus to be able to walk through the gardens of the Villa Melzi every day to get to Bellagio. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, and we found it very relaxing to come back to.

We loved the place, the appartement and everything. We had a view on vella melzi and the lake. The place was very clean, big, and we'll equipped. There is a garden outside where you can eat. There's a shortcut to take from the place to Bellagio center, but it closes at 7pm. The lake is few meters only from the property. It's a great appartement, I recommend it.

The apartment was spacious enough for our family of five. We loved having daily access to the Melzi Gardens and being able to walk through in order to get to Bellagio town. The owner was very kind and answered all our questions.

Location is approximately 20 minute walk to Bellagio. This made it difficult with our luggage since we didn’t have a car. There are no taxis. We were there in July and there were three fans in the apartment that helped with the heat.

Amazing location right next to the lake and the botanical gardens. The property has a beautiful garden area as well with flowers, trees, and decent area to sit and relax. The apartment has everything we needed; comfy bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen area, wine for sale, etc. Ornella was super kind and hospitable. She also offered a pass with free access to the botanical gardens, which served as a beautiful experience with plants from all over the world, and as the most efficient, and enjoyable path to the main part of the city. The area is very quiet, and away from all the noise / hustle & bustle of the main town. But still only an enjoyable 15 min walk through the botanical garden away from the center of town. We really enjoyed our stay here and are planning to come back again for an extended stay.

It was a little challenging to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the apartment, but nothing too crazy since we were on the first floor. Despite it being a positive that we were in a quieter, more relaxing area, we were still about a 15 min walk from all the good restaurants and shopping. That’s all I can think of. The positives massively outweigh the negatives here, so we definitely see this as worth it to stay in this location.

It is located in a quiet town near Bellagio. A lovely balcony with a view of the lake and the monastery. The room was great with all the necessary stuff such as kitchen equipment etc. It is also, located near a Michelin-star restaurant. Bellagio is a bit far on foot. Especially in the evening, when the Villa di Melzi is closed, you must pass around the Villa to reach Bellagio. But it is impossible to find such a great room in Bellagio. So it is worth walking anyway.

Lovely quiet location. Nice and clean room well equipped. We got lost on way and our flight was cancelled so we had to get another later flight which meant we were late checking in. The host couldn’t wait for us to arrive but left us instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get in.

Had I’d known I would have bought a small carton of milk as my wife does not drink coffee. Also I didn’t realise on the booking that it was not in the centre of the town. It was only a short walk but after a long tiring day it felt all uphill 🤣
