Great place to stay. Rooms are nicely appointed for the price. Would stay again and again at this hotel. Bar/restaurant in lobby had a small but good food selection and priced nicely.

We had to make a last minute hotel reservation because our daughter was admitted into Yale New Haven Hospital. The location to the hospital was perfect. The hotel was new,clean, and very modern. It had a nice lobby bar restaurant but a little overpriced. The downside of the hotel was that our room was located on the side where there was a lot of traffic noise all night long, the thermostat in the room sounded like a airplane engine taking off so we had no sleep all night.

Easily one of the prettiest and most well designed rooms I've stayed in. Ample space included a mini fridge. Had to go to the lobby to use the microwave. The king bed was luxurious.

My room and bathroom were incredibly beautiful and new. I love the way the shower stall was set up with the handle far enough away from the shower head so that I didn't freeze when I turned it on. At first. I liked the sliding doors that didn't take up any room. The only thing is I did not have a microwave in my room. Other than that I really liked staying there. They even had a Shays in the room as well as the bed.

Our stay at Cambria in New Haven was excellent! There was an ice/snow storm while we were there, but it didn’t slow us down. I loved that the well-lit parking garage is right next door, and even though it’s costly, it was expected, and worth it to be able to get in and out easily, safely, and never have to deal with ice on or around the car. We still walked nearly everywhere we went, because the location is convenient to the University, shopping, and dining options. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and our room was very nice. The only drawback was that there was not a microwave or refrigerator in the room, but we were able to use a microwave in the lobby when needed.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times while visiting family. Sadly the front desk staff and restaurant lack any sense of hospitality. I’ve been traveling quite a bit in 2023 and this establishment had the worst customer service. This simple means having a welcoming staff . It was especially uncomfortable because it was the holidays. Yes, holidays and they had to work but I know that intention is everything. I wonder what type of management has created such an unwelcoming staff in the hospitality business.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Parking on the street available at a per hour rate, or in the neighboring covered parking a reasonable fixed rate.

The Cambria Hotel is a sparkling, new hotel just outside the downtown New Haven corridor. The facilities are all very good and it's within a 10min walk of the art galleries.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Did not appreciate the fact that there is no-cost parking for registered guests. Also, a coffee bar of sorts in the lobby would be a very convenient option for guests.

Property is great. Clean and nice rooms. My only downside is parking. $24/day. Parking ended up costing me $72. Honestly next time ill use that money at a slightly nicer hotel that doesnt charge for parking

Clean, but not so much. There were globs of hair on the floor in the bathroom. I did not request cleaning because I was able to step around it. Not too bad, but still it's obvious the cleaning staff were rushed and they amassed globs of hair by briskly sweeping/mopping. Location: not as close as it seems on maps to Downtown. Not terrible either

Some guests left the dogs in the room alone, so the dogs are barking all day and all night. The hotel cannot do anything about it. It is terrible

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location for access to Yale-New Haven Hospital. The only negative: I called twice because the coffee maker in my room didn't work. The front desk said they would send someone up soon, but it didn't happen. I would certainly stay there again.

During the midnight, so much noisy from motorcyclist speeding, ambulance. In the early morning, many buses passed by. Even I lived on the 3rd floor, still could hear it
