Amazing view, clean room and facilities, and nice staffs!

You need to park your car on the street, but it wasn't hard to find a spot when I visited in May.

The breakfast was really good and the room was cleaned everyday, the staff were nice in particular the night staff man.

The restaurant facilities - I asked to get my water bottle refilled and they told me I wasn’t allowed and you can’t take breakfast back to your room.

The location

Mainly poor service for the amount we paid .The rooms are very small the bathroom even smaller. The daily cleaning consists of making the bed wiping the toilet and sink .The floors and surface areas are never touched.Constantly having to ask for toilet rolls and water. The pool area is quiet pleasant but is on a steep incline with lots of steps .If you would like a drink this is not possible before 12am ! Coffee machine broken ! Communication is a problem has most of the staff speak limited English . The final straw was when I asked if it was possible for a mattress topper . I received the topper 2 days later to find it had been placed on the base of the bed!!. Not acceptable service for £300 per night .

Only one lift. Lack lustre entrance and reception area.

The room and the view of the Port de Soller bay (Room Number 307) were fantastic. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Superb Shower - so powerful! We only had breakfast at the Hotel, but the food was first class especially the Spanish Fried Eggs! The Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. A very nice lady seated us out on the terrace for breakfast each morning. When we checked-out we asked to leave our bags at the Hotel as our Flight was not until the evening. Not only did they let us leave our bags, but also let us use their towels for the day and provided us with a clean room to shower and change in ahead of leaving for the Airport. Excellent service all around and I hope we can return one day.

Nothing I could think of to be honest. Overall, the Hotel was much better than we had expected.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially the reception staff), the room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the bay, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. It was a nice touch to provide pool towels for us to take to the beach too. The air conditioning was fantastic and one of the things we appreciated most. It was very warm outside but the AC worked superbly and was almost silent, unlike the clunking sound most hotel AC units make!
