Very good place but be aware of some tiny details - read my full review (positive and negative)

The room was great, unfortunately since we were on the ground floor, there are also rooms on the 1st floor, but I am not sure right now if you need to select that during the booking process, it was not convenient to open the windows because people passing by can look inside the room from the corridor, inside the room everything was perfect, except the bed, it has a hard mattrace, so both of us had pain to sleep on it, but it might be good for other people, consider this when booking. The restaurant is right there, so if anyone wants to eat expensive they can do so right in front of the rooms, but reservations are needed. We had to check out 1 day earlier because of sickness, and the owner granted us a refund for 1 night, which was nice!

Regarding the breakfast, do not drink the water bottles water, It's not actually the brand that is displayed on the bottle, they are reusing them and filling it up with tap water, so on the first day we drank it, and it was tasting weird so next day we checked the bottles cap, and it was all unscrewed already, they are tricking us into believing its quality water, but in reality the people there don't even drink the tap water, next day we met another person who also noticed the water tasted weird and also stopped drinking it, in reality the owner should be using pitchers for the water or a see through glass bottle without label to ensure people know this is not bought water but simply tap water and people can then drink it on their own risk, unfortunately since it was not told to us, we got diarrhea, the entire trip we were drinking water from bottles that we bought and then this happens, very unpleasant experience, I hope they don't use the brand label bottles anymore so no one else needs to taste this disgusting water.

Breakfast was good

We arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time (I think it was ~14:30), our room wasn't ready and staff man said to wait 15-20 minutes. We waited about 1 hour and after that he almost forgot to apologize (although he carried some of our stuff and bringed to the room). Because of weak signal, we've been trying to "catch" wifi all the time, which cost us very much time, and internet was very slow.. Also room had a lot of different bugs, big spiders were everywhere. We hoped different service level here.

Zen property!

Awesome property, the yard is impecable, the rooms have everything you need. We ate at the restaurant, really great food, friendly staff, they received Bib Gourmamd Award from Michelin Guide and worth any penny you pay.

Extremely comfortable and classy place to stay.

Amazing property. It’s hard to leave it to sightsee because it’s so comfortable. Bit of a Tuscan feel to it. lovely breakfast. The Pool and the spacious free parking are wonderful.

perhaps shower to close to toilet, but not a big deal.

Tranquil paradise

Lovely breakfast buffet. However, the scrambled eggs had ham in them which is not good for a vegetarian, plus they did not have a non dairy milk on offer so I bought one and left it with them. They very kindly allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out which was great.

Nice place with pool and garden, big parking space. Delicious food and great house wine. Very clean

Room could be bigger as bed is situated almost between the walls and bathroom was not convenient. Though property didnt accept credit cards

Amazing place!

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. We got to enjoy the pool in a gorgeous garden surrounded by olive trees. Above all, the food was amazing: breakfast was on point and we had grilled wild boar for lunch. Special thank you to the head waiter for his hospitality. It’s a must go.

Wonderful place to relax

Big, spacious and green surroundings, beautiful pool, very well kept garden, room cleaning on a daily basis, very helpful staff, delicious restaurant in the object. This place is perfect to chill and relax in the garden or by the pool. It’s close to very nice city-Fazana, so also the location is very good. It was an excellent choice for our holidays!

Boring breakfasts, that didn’t include many local or high quality products. The terrace was not private, it was a common space to share with others, but we didn’t mind, since the place wasn’t very crowded at the time we had been there.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

First stop of our roadtrip, felt like coming home in Croatia. We were astonished by the quality of the food in the restaurant, amazing! Swimming pool and garden are very beautiful, facilities (ping pong table and kicker) provided great entertainment for us all. Family room very convenient with seperated rooms

Perfect Stay at Rooms alla Beccaccia

In principle it doesn’t need much words except wonderful and perfect!! - Friendly and welcoming Hotel owner - Family friendly - Clean and beautiful area around the hotel. Very green and many plants! - Beautiful pool area. - Super delicious restaurant with reasonable prices for the quality of the food. We were able to have our dinner outside, in the garden while our son was able to play in the small playground. Very relaxing dinner in a long time :) - Clean rooms with small terrace - Walking distance to the beach - Kap Kamenjak or Rovinj is not too far away 20-30 min. I total we stayed 5 nights and I can definitely recommend this place! Looking forward to come back!

Bad first impressions

It’s ok accommodation and the rooms are comfortable.

The first impressions were bad . On Booking was written that we can check in until midnight. We arrived at around 19h after long day on the road , only to wait over 30 min for someone to take us to our room, in front of the restaurant while people were dining. We felt really uncomfortable and embarrassing. Also, it was written that it is 1km from the center of Fazana, but it isn’t!
