Als Zwischenstopp für ein paar Tage sehr gut geeignet

Pool ist sehr nett, Lage des Hotels etwas abseits, aber durch kostenlosen Shuttlebus und günstige Sammeltaxis kommt man bequem ins Zentrum oder an einen der Strände. Als Zwischenstopp für ein paar Tage sehr gut geeignet.

Baustelle im Hotel. Tagsüber keine Bar, Poolbar oder sonstige Verpflegungsmöglichkeit, wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Baustelle. Außenanlage und Liegebereich am Pool müssten schöner/neu gestaltet werden.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Pool is beautiful and breakfast was great. Staff at reception were smiley.

No shower curtain and water splashed onto dry area when showering.

The room is a great size and spa bath was nice to relax in after a long day. The public pool area is decorated nicely too.

The breakfast options and standard can be better.

A great experience and a lovely hotel, great staff. And very clean. Just a bit far from the centre.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Fresh fruit always a pleasure. Bacon and eggs on offer and different breads available. The bonus being the shuttle bus to three different locations at popular times as there was nothing nearby to walk to . I never realised it was so far from the centre. Very clean premises. Staff always looked neat and tidy and proud of their hotel. Staff were always friendly and reception was a star!

Service at the cafe at tea time a little slow and language difficulty with a couple of staff. Also thought prices a bit costly. Also no wine available , only beer and cocktails. The beach was too far to walk to , and so without the shuttle service we would have been way out of budget every day.

Staff was lovely and friendly, Breakfast was amazing and fresh and the room was clean and beautiful

locations a bit far from everything but they have a shuttle that takes you to town and back every hour, so it makes up for the location.

Ultimate Hua Hin Relaxation

We liked the warm atmosphere that the hotel staff provided. The pool was surrounded by greenery and it felt very cosy. The breakfast had a lot of variety for both western preferences (waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, tea) but also local (rice, soups, spices and sauces). Our room had a big balcony facing the sea. The hotel staff was very helpful when we had questions and coordinated our rides with the free hotel shuttle to the city and back.

Upon our late arrival on the first evening we decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. We sat down to eat but the options for vegetarians were very limited and the food lacked spicing. We had drinks at the hotel restaurant some days later but we could not finish them as there was too much sugar/honey in them. For a hotel that is far from the city we expected better food at the property.

a little way out from shopping and restaurant locations needed to rely on transport. They do offer free tuk tuk but this only runs once per hour until 7pm.

Booked for staying 3 nights but decided to check out after first night. Big waste of money and time.

There was pieces of washing sponge in our French fries, food not edible. Coffee was cold. Breakfast very poor.

The closest to 10/10 I've ever been to

The entire hotel is well designed and very clean. The rooms are very comfortable and they have a great rainshower. I've slept amazingly in the bed. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing with great options of sweet and savory and asian and western food. You can get fresh fruit and bread and they even have delicious joghurt. The coffee is freshly made in a coffee machine and the eggs are prepared to order. The staff are attentive and nice, from the reception and restaurant staff to the parking attendant and house keeping.

The only negative is not about the hotel itself but it's location. The hotel is close to the beach but it's not easy to reach it because there is a big street between the hotel and the beach.
