We liked the location
The staff were unfriendly and seemed disintrested in us. We were incredibly disappointed with the attitude ans felt wecwere an inconvenience.

We really enjoyed the spa and the staff were lovely.
The restaurant was a joke 2 hours wait for food, steak came out cremated and was sent back next one wasn't much better. The service was appalling.
Breakfast was self service an over cooked offering in metal containers.

Lovely break with a friend. Enjoyed afternoon tea, spa, evening meal and breakfast. Gardens lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Food great. Would stay again😁

The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast, with a great section of drinks and cocktails. We really enjoyed the spa, although small the booking system meant it wouldn’t be over crowded and we found £10 per person reasonable for an hour in the thermal suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had the appropriate amenities. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful.
The younger staff in the restaurant were quite unhelpful and vacant… However, the older members staff were very friendly and attentive.

our stay was great from the moment we arrived because the staff are fabulous and super helpful and friendly. the spa was lovely and so was our room (especially the bathroom)
the mattress in the bedroom was a bit hard for me.

11.00am check out after a family wedding and late night. Breakfast finished too early at 10.00am.

The food is good. Cpl of nice friendly staff that we had a chat with. Important to have staff that can have a bit of banter.
Check in was dismal. Reception staff a little inexperienced. Generally the hotel was under staffed. Seemed like a bit of a cost cutting exercise. A lot of waiting for drinks/service.
