great stay, great location, didnt make breakfast! Staff were very nice. Very informative.
The hotel is a little dated but very clean and comfortable

Location great. Hotel very dated, needs a good update as the rooms are old and stuck in the 90’s. Staff friendly and helpful.
Old room, dark dreary decoration.

Lovely big hotel perfect location.
Rooms a little dated and although we had a fantastic sea view the room was very small.

The location is superb, right on the seafront. Extremely friendly staff, when I checked in I was shown round. This is a hotel from a gentle past.
Needs updating but it has considerable charm

Friendly staff and location. One of us thought the bed fine: the other thought the bed a bit hard. Personal choice.
Television far too small. Noise from the function room below. Television sound in adjacent room was deafening in our room.

Friendly accommodating staff 5* and the location of the hotel with brilliant views.
Since my last stay at the sea bank hotel it has little bit of an upgrade around the entrance and reception area which is great. But the rest of the hotel is in need of an upgrade.

The car train stops outside the hotel.
Right next to the town.
The sea out the front.
Bingo.

Great location very convenient.
Nothing all was good

The location of the hotel was central for myself.
The room itself picked up all noises. I booked a 2 night stay for peace and quiet, unfortunately was woken up many times through the nights to doors slamming, snoring & very drunk inconsiderate guests.
The entertainment finished around 10.30pm
which was very loud...I wanted to enjoy my last day on the beach but was completely exhausted & shattered so departed in the morning to get home for a decent sleep!!

Price to high for the rooms.

We liked the closeness to the beach and amenities. Also a spur of the moment booking for the same night.
It's a little dated but we knew that looking at the pictures when booking for a hotel last minute. It was a comfortable stay .

Breakfast ok, great sea view from bedroom, larger than expected bedroom. Free parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
Reception area was under refurbishment. Automatic external entrance door, then manual doors immediately after and before reception.

Good location good room size
Room size was excellent decor was dated and had to keep glasses on as tv was on other side of the room and tiny almost had to squint to watch it …. Breakfast was a good standard however there was no organised order taking so people that arrived nearly 30 minutes after us had their breakfast orders taken before us … we were being polite and didn’t want to make a fuss so waited 40 minutes because we had to leave as we were on our honeymoon and had to head off for a flight … we did listen to the girls explain to most customers that their supervisor hadn’t turned up and they were short of staff

Nice receptionist, couldn't apologize enough
Room was stinking, not cleaned from last guests, no other rooms available, couldn't find anywhere else to stay in area, only drove 250 odd miles to get there, terrible experience

the property was in a great location and the evening entertainment was a bonus
while there they had a water leak from the central heating system which was on the same floor as us, obviously it wasn’t sorted until the morning and I decided to go for breakfast before having my shower, the breakfast was over priced for what you received as a English breakfast, so was disappointed with that , leaving the breakfast room walked past the bar and part of the ceiling collapsed and landed inches away from me, I reported this two members of staff, and then returned to my room to have a shower before departure only to find the water had been turned off due to the heating engineer’s fixing the burst pipe, I told reception of my disappointment of my stay and he said he would compensate me for my issues, however I haven’t received any promises refund.

The staff were absolutely lovely
The bed was really hard, I struggled to sleep. When we booked sea view, we were expecting from the front of the hotel, not the side of the building over the carpark. The room was incredibly dated and was not worth £149 for one night. The extra £16(included in £149) was for our breakfast which was awful, my veggie sausage was soggy and the whole thing was cold.
For £149 for one night and breakfast, I expected much more
