Las camas son muy cómodas, el baño es amplio , limpio y estético y tiene una ubicación cercana a la Rambla del Perú, donde es muy placentero caminar.
El personal muy distante, no son rápidos con los requerimientos que tuvimos.

Esta bien ubicado, son muy comodas las habitaciones, tiene una pequeña cocina con jarra para calentar agua, tostador, microondas.
La limpieza impecable.
En frente tiene un negocio que abre hasta tarde.
La playa está a una cuadra.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicacion maravillosa
Ofrecer desayuno no teniendo restaurante. Tocaba caminar como media cuadra hasta otro hotel. Y el desayuno muy caro, de diez dolares por persona (creo) y solo continental, no americano. Pocas opciones. Pesimo pan. No habia huevos. La.excusa: que el proveedor no los habia llevado..

Staff is very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in (he is from Venezuela), who later helped us with countless other matters, such as tips, parking space, iron, and other topics that always helped us.

Very close to the main beach. We did not use but there was a kitchenette.
The staff was not the best. They are asking to fill out a document that asks lots of personal even private information. When I did not want to give all, the receptionist insisted on to get them saying that it is legal in Uruguay but I am not sure of that.

I made a mistake in my reservation and I stayed in suit 27 for only one night. Gerald helped me to change my reservation with no hesitation. Thank you for being so kind and respectful.

Spacious room with a incredible comfy bed, convenient location, plenty of amenities, AC worked perfectly and we had a sea view from our room. Check-in and out was fast and without any problems. Great experience overall.
Mini-bar was empty, some water at least would have been a nice touch.

We had two rooms and I loved the fact that each floor only had three rooms so it almost felt like we had the floor to ourselves. I also liked the deck we had with a view.
Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
