Our stay was excellent in every way. Gourmet breakfast. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We could walk across the back paddock to the Montville village on a path mown by Tony. Laura even offered me some heliconias I had admired in the garden and a rhizome for my own garden.

The hosts were amazing, offering a tailored breakfast each day of our stay and including a few surpise extras like homemade chili sauce amongst other treats. We were even treated to a bottle of red wine for one of our quieter evenings. Nothing was too much effort. Not to mention the prime location with a direct path to the centre of Montville.
Would definitely return again.

We had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was incredible, our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and the location was excellent: a short stroll to Montville’s Main Street. This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back.

The property is outstanding, quant, charming and very relaxing. The host and hostess we could not rate any higher, and the breakfast was to die for. The surroundings, gardens are just beautiful, tranquil and inviting.
My wife is a little person and she would have loved to have had a full-length mirror on the back of the bathroom door.

Ideal location for visiting Montville on foot, near the lake and hiking trails. A little dated but that's what makes the charm of the place. The breakfast is delicious (thanks Sarah and Tony)! Don't miss it!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Laura and Tony were wonderful and very gracious hosts.
Our room was not only beautiful but incredibly clean and tidy too. When you walk out of your room onto the veranda, you have a stunning view of the pool and garden.
Our room had everything we needed for our stay, plus Laura and Tony cook a fantastic breakfast! We were very well fed.

The accommodation was clean, luxurious, romantic and relaxing with a 2 person spa.
The swimming pool was great for cooling down after the beautiful walks on offer, recommended by our most warm and welcoming hosts Laura and Tony who also prepared our scrumptious breakfast.
Surprising welcome and during our stay gestures made it even more special ( bottle of wine, chocolate coated strawberries, fresh cut roses from the welmaintained garden) highly recommended!
