Nestled in Cadiz, this attractive condo for $129 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Cadiz three millennium old city, an ideal place to enjoy the countryside and the sea all year round climate. The province of Cadiz varied in its landscapes, people saw with their banks and fishing villages on the coast, ideal for practicing water sports and activities. In the city of Cadiz cuisine boasts superb dining, both meat and fish, not to mention the tapas in the bars of the old town. The Apartamemto is located in the old town where his street overlooking the sea promenade mall, with lovely views. Just their backs mine Square is a place where sun, or enjoy Cádiz cuisine as it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The location of the apartment is a few minutes from the main road trading and shops and with very good connection for moving around the city, with bus stops at 1 minute and 15 minutes from the railway station and seaport. Very near the Caleta beach and 20 minutes walk from the beach in Santa Maria. The culture in Cadiz is in any corner, right on the back of the apartment we find the Museum of Cadiz, 5 minutes we have the Gran Teatro Falla, and many sites more than to enjoy. The apartment has everything you need, is equipped with full kitchen, so indispensable in the toilet as towels, paper and gel and bedroom ready to be enjoyed with everything you need. It also has air conditioning installation. The building is very quiet, no noise where you can rest placidly.

Un piso encantador en una zona estupenda
El anfitrión Joaquín un encanto, nos solucionó en todo momento todas las dudas, respondiendo muy rápido a los mensajes, y nos ayudó con dónde dejar el coche. El piso está situado en el centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz, a 5 minutos caminando de La Caleta, rodeado de bares, restaurantes y supermercados; una localización perfecta. Es un pequeño duplex, con recibidor y cocina-salón en la planta baja y la habitación, baño y terraza en el piso de arriba. El edificio no tiene ascensor y la escalerita de caracol que une las dos plantas es empinadilla (bueno, ya se ve en las fotos, no fue una sorpresa); en nuestro caso ninguna de las dos cosas fue un problema pero lo comento por si acaso puede ser un inconveniente para alguien. Por lo demás, un piso ideal, en una localización ideal, con un anfitrión estupendo. Recomiendo la estancia totalmente.

Everything we hoped for
This apartment was exactly what we needed in Cadiz. It is well-equipped, comfortable, and in an excellent location. You're close to many shops and restaurants, and a small grocery store is next door. As other reviewers have noted, the two levels are connected by a narrow spiral staircase, and the shower is small. This was not a problem for us, but people with mobility issues may want to look elsewhere. Joaquin made check-in and check-out easy and was always available by phone or text. We enjoyed our stay here, and hope to come back someday.

Schöne Wohnung zentral in Cádiz
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, im 2. Stock und durch den Eingang nach dem Patio sehr ruhig. Rund um finden sich Tapas Bars, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, der Strand ist nah und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wlan hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat zwei "Wintergärten" - in der Eingangsetage und im ersten Stock, in dem auch Bad und Schlafraum sind. Den oberen Wintergarten haben wir permanent genutzt - sehr gemütlich mit Korbmöbeln eingerichtet. Die anschliessende große Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sternenhimmel und kann zudem als Trockenplatz genutzt werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war durch Email und persönlichen Kontakt zur freundlichen Tochter des Vermieters sehr angenehm und unser Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke wurde prompt erfüllt. Alles in allem hat uns dieses Quartier sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage in Cádiz! Karin und Dieter

Lovely apartment great for exploring Cadiz
The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a lovely 18th century building and the location is great for exploring Cadiz. The owner Joaquin was friendly and helpful. There is a very convenient express supermarket right outside. The only thing to point out is there is a spiral staircase in the apartment between the living area and bedroom areas so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location in the heart of Cadiz, Joaquin was very and nice and helpful.
Lovely apt and in a great location, my only complaint is the spiral staircase and the shower.
Spiral staircase is very steep and narrow especially when you are trying to bring your luggage up to the bedroom, and coming down is very awkward.
The shower is also a very small space and with the staircase, if you are a big size person this will prove very difficult to be comfortable, otherwise it's a very nice place and well equipped.

Buena zona y limpio el dúplex
Nos alojamos en este dúplex con nuestra hija de 2 años .
Podemos decir que cumplia con todo lo necesario en baño(secador de pelo , jabón manos ,toallas, papel higiénico..), cocina (frigorifico, lavadora , utensilios , bolsas basura , etc )
Lo que más nos gustó, lo ordenado y limpio.
La cama muy cómoda la verdad .
Situado en una bonita zona del casco antiguo , justo al lado de la entrada de el un mini carrefour que siempre viene bien .
El barrio de la viña muy cerquita , la playa de la Caleta a unos minutos 5 minutos en coche ,parque infantil , tiendas, heladerías etc..también cerquita para ir dando un paseo en familia .
Para aparcar cerquita de el dúplex tambien hay pero casi todo zona azul ..
Lo que menos nos gustó que cuesta dejar un momento el coche enfrente del portal para descargar el equipaje para no tener que ir con el desde donde se aparque el coche , ya que son calles estrechas y con continuó paso de coches y gente .
El dúplex no dispone de ascensor es un 2piso cuesta subir y baja con niños y cosillas ..
En el mismo dúplex hay una escalera para subir al baño ,dormitorio y terraza y es lo que veia más incómodo y con lo que había que tener especial cuidado por la pequeña.
Pero en general estuvo bien y de precio.
Joaquín nos atendió bien, y ofreció para ayudarnos a bajar el equipaje al marcharnos ,lo cual se agradece .
Cádiz una cuidad maravillosa ..su comida igual ..y playas que enamoran.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cadiz, la situation de l'appartement est excellente !
Le seul point génant, c'est le fait d'être en duplex, et d'avoir l'escalier à monter souvent ( les toilettes sont en haut ).
Sinon, l'accueil a été très sympatique.

Super Lage in einer schönen Stadt
Wir haben 3 Tage in Cádiz verbracht. Der Kontakt mit unserem angenehmen Vermieter Joaquín war immer prompt per E-Mail oder auch telefonisch, nachdem wir die Tel.-Nummern ausgetauscht hatten. Seine professionellen Fotos zieren die Wände der Wohnung. Sein Fotogeschäft ist gleich gegenüber. Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der auch am Wochenende geöffnet hat.
Die Wohnung (2. Stock) ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen und geht über 2 Etagen, die mit einer steilen engen Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden sind - also nichts für Menschen mit Handicap.
- Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, für Kochorgien weniger geeignet - aber wer will in Cádiz schon groß kochen.
- Bad klein, aber völlig ok und mit Fön
- 2 "Wintergärten" - unten als Eingangsflur mit Schränkchen, Garderobe und kleinem Schreibtisch (W-LAN auf beiden Ebenen) - oben mit Tischchen, Korbsesseln und Kleiderschrank. Die große Dachterasse, auf der auch Wäsche getrocknet werden kann, ist von hier aus zugänglich.
Lage toll, zentral, aber ruhig, gut erreichbar mit Bus, Auto oder zu Fuß, keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus - nur schnelles Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Tiefgarage unter dem 100 m entfernt liegenden schönen Platz - wahrscheinlich etwas teuer für längere Zeit. Wir haben mit Hilfe von Joaquín das Auto nach dem Ausladen zu einem sehr günstigen, bewachten Parkplatz am Hafen gebracht. Man geht dorthin ca. 8 min. zu Fuß - entweder mit spektakulärem Ausblick am Meer entlang oder durch die Altstadt mit ihren wunderschönen Plätzen und Gassen.
Cádiz hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich bei Joaquín für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und seinen wunderschönen Fotoband über Havanna, der Partnerstadt von Cádiz.

We loved our stay in Cadiz. The apartment was lovely. We felt so much in the heart of the city. Everything about the apartment was great from the entrance courtyard to the roof terrace. Todo lo que necesitas - all you need
Yes, the reviews are right... For a couple this homely little flat on two floors takes some beating. It has all you need and is located perfectly for old Cádiz's many attractions, all of which are within walking distance. If you want to go further afield there are excellent transport connections by bus, train and ferry. Make sure you're OK with the spiral staircase and with the steps leading up to the flat (it's on the send floor). The owner is very friendly and helpful. One suggestion: maybe the saggy bed could do with an update.

Just spent 4 nights at Joaquin's apartment. It is excellently located in the old town: 1min walk to Plaza San Antonio and so about 5mins walk to the main tourist area - shopping streets, cathedral etc. Train station in walking distance also, as of course the superb beaches. Joaquin was there to meet us on arriving, apartment is as in the photos on here - very clean and well-equipped. Perfect for a couple I would say although there is a sofa bed downstairs in the lounge/kitchen area for a third person. It is small but they have done extremely well with limited space, including a separate sun room with table and chairs off the bedroom - access also to roof terrace area for drying clothes if needed. Kitchen is small and functional for breakfast etc, unlikely you would be cooking up a storm on a two-ring cooker but no idea why you would want to with so many great food options in nearby streets. Joaquin and his family live next door but we didn't see them at all during our trip, but seemed to be very approachable should we have needed anything. Would happily return when back in Cadiz.

Perfectly located on a quiet street, just a couple of blocks from three lovely plazas (de la Mina, San Antonio, and Mentidero) and a shoreline park (Alameda Apodaca) overlooking the bay, with excellent restaurants and tapas bars and a pretty good supermarket all just a few steps away.
The apartment itself is tiny but ingeniously designed--kind of like a deluxe trailer, but on two levels, connected by a spiral staircase. It's on the third floor (segundo piso, if you're counting in Spanish) and there's no elevator, so one should be prepared for a lot of climbing. Otherwise, it's clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it's smallness is somewhat offset by an airy sunporch off the bedroom. The smallish kitchen area is adequate for breakfast or snacks, but a real meal would be tricky. There's a washing machine under the counter that comes in handy and a clothesline on the roof.
My wife and I stayed there for three weeks last year and came back this year for a month, so obviously the place works for us. The owners have an apartment next door--and a business across the street--and are both accomodating and--perhaps more important--always available if needed.

A very nice flat located in a 18th century building in the beautiful old part of Cadiz. The rental price was very reasonable compared to some of the other listings in the area. The flat is within walking distance of the "La Caleta" beach, close to Plaza de San Antonio. We stayed here for 9 days and really enjoyed it.
