Servicio de pensión sucia a precio de hotel 4*

Lo mejor es la ubicación justo enfrente de la Cala

Limpieza nefasta, tortilla en el microondas, paredes de papel, humedades de aguas fecales en el techo del baño y de la habitación, ningún gancho donde colgar toallas en el baño, ascensor peligroso (se queda estancado y no abre), personal de recepción sin capacidad resolutiva. Te discriminan a la planta baja encima de un local de copas si vas a través de booking.

Pleasant

Convenient location just 100 meters from the beach with short walks to shopping and restaurants. Clean rooms. Nice ocean view after we were given a different apartment 4c on 4th floor and the other side of the building. Friendly staff that wants to be helpful. Lively in a good way if you are high enough up. Since the elevator did not work properly we got good extra exercise taking the staircase. If you want ocean view, convenience to shopping, beach, bars etc. and to be close to the action, do not mind some noise, poor ac and a faulty elevator, this is great. Avoid the 1st floor and especially the apartment "A". Apartment 1a was noisy terror, 4c lively fun - though a bit warm and with unexpected exercise.

Apartment 1a we received upon arrival was right above a restaurant /bar/club, next to a main street, 2 bus stops and the garbage containers. Super noisy until 3am and again starting at 8 am. Bad odors from garbage and restaurant. . View was ok but obstructed and there was garbage and animal feces on the restaurant roof attached to our balcony. Sitting outside was somewhat disgusting. Inside still unpleasant because of the noise. No coffee maker. The safe in our 2nd apartment did not work and noone knew how to fix it. The elevator got stuck numerous times and was still not working properly after 1 week. Elevator only received a written note that it will not go to 6th floor and that someone is working on fixing it.... Air conditioning was only in the living room and worked poorly. Totally failed for a day, tripped fuses, leaked water down the wall and over the floor every day. Was not repaired until we left.

It was easy to find it was a great locationn so central a tram to Alicante and a coach to Valencia. A supermarket just doors up and the beach was so close and the restaurants superb

I guess it woul be very hot in the summer..maybe some fans!

Great place to stay

The person on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. The apartment was clean and spacious. The apartment block is lower in comparison to those around it, with views of the sea, and a stone's throw from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, play parks and bar (directly below).

The floors are hard and so you can hear the noise from those on floors above whenever they move furniture. The sofa was not the most comfortable, as the cushion was loose and so kept sliding off the base.

With only one draw under bathroom sink, We found a lack of shelves/cabinets to store toiletries was very difficult for 5 people. Also maybe some hooks on back of doors would be very handy.

location was good but overlooking a metal roof from a very noisy bar/club that plays loud music from morning until 2 am

not furnished nicely, hardly any kitchen utensils and what was there was old chipped crockery , it’s was very cold and unloved

We were a group of 4. Another toilet would have been handy though we were so relaxed in the morning, out on the balcony’

Property is in a prime location. Beautiful views of the beach/sea. Metres away from eating and drinking establishments. Idoia at reception was excellent, spoke good English and was extremely helpful.

The location was perfect. 1 minute distance to the bus station and the beach. The facilities were great, we had a fridge, washing machine, ac in the living room but other alternatives in the other rooms. The beds were comfortable and the stuff was super friendly.

You have to request the towels from the stuff if you want them to be changed. Also, they provide you with only one free toilet paper and one free garbage bag. In the bathroom there isn’t a ventilation system so the smell stays for a longer time in there. These were minor inconveniences, but a big problem was the bed from the living room which was a bit small for a tall person. (1,85m)

clean and modern and in a central location with east access to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets

property was fabulous as were the staff in the property who negotiated as best they could with the taboo beach bar to turn down the music.

Unpleasant

The room is nice; personnel is friendly and helpful BUT there is a bar directly under the windows playing music for 17 + hours a day from 10:00 till 03:30 including very loud from 18:00 till 02:30; so when the whole Spain is having siesta you will have none and will sleep at a disco for the most part of the evening/night; We stayed at 2B ( second floor) and this everyday disco spoiled the whole vacation.

Booking has to warn about loud music in the rooms of this property for 17 hours a day!

Our stay was lovely will book it again .

The view was lovely the arpartment was nice and the reception was a very pleasant nice lady to us . The Music underneath us some of it was lovely but some of it was very loud and no tune to it just tapping of the drums but we will book it again sometime in the future.

The dishes had chips in them and the pillows could be change marks on them as for everything else all good .

good stay great location

fabulous location overlooking the sea and within 4 minutes walking distance lovely clean rooms , reception staff attentive polite and very obliging

more draw space hooks hang things and shelf surface especially in the bathroom . I'm afraid to say the worst thing for us was the taboo bar in front of the apartments the music was so unbelievably loud Saturday and Sunday , every other day still audible and constantly playing 9-30 to turned midnight

it was clean and tidy with the minimum requirements for a short stay. Idioa and Pilar were very welcoming and helpful.

not at all comfortable. Very minimalistic, all plastic chairs and settee was cheap and arms were the edges of the wooden pieces that made up the sides like the edges of a box. bed was ok

This property was central to everything we needed. There was local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach was over the road. There was a bus services that run regularly which you could go to the shopping mall, into the old town or even into the busy life of Benidorm. The property had everything you needed and was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Great views too!

The only downside to this property was the downstairs bar. If you don’t like music being played until 2am then this will be a problem. We didn’t mind it because we sat on our balcony drinking, chatting and liked listening to it. But you can hear it when inside with the doors shut. Music is played from around 10am till midnight to 2am. Great tunes but not for those who like a peaceful sleep.
