About this condo rental
Recently redecorated in tropical island style w/ new furniture and appliances, this ground floor unit has magnificent views and is directly on San Carlos Bay. Meticulously maintained, It is well equipped for all your vacationing and entertaining needs. There is a queen-sized bed TV/VCR in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and adjacent bath. The glass lanai allows for easy access to the lawn and boardwalk for close up views of the Bay, boats, manatees and dolphins. Beautiful Mariner Pointe is also located on a direct access canal and offers boat slips for an additional fee. Beach towels, chairs and tennis rackets are available for your use.After a game of tennis or a round of golf cool off with a swim in one of the two pools, then stroll over to the private fishing pier and catch dinner. Two new Weber grills are right outside the door.

The condo came well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. Was a little disappointed that there was no beach but the bay was very beautiful.

We stayed at a resort 12 years ago and this year we decided to stay at a VRBO (condo)! We loved it…was the perfect size for our family with 2BR/2 BA and a cute little kitchen for cooking! The condo was clean and decorated so cute! We loved the location as it was close to main restaurants and shops plus you’re right by the Sanibel causeway with beautiful views and daily sightings of dolphins and other wildlife! The owner is very accessible and was a wonderful host! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

The condo itself is darling. I loved the openness from the front door all the way to the sunroom facing the water. The location is fantastic for shopping, dining etc.
What the property does not have is beach access. There is a sea wall, but no beach to spend the day. We were told that there is beach access offsite, but there is no parking available. Transporting beach chairs etc on bikes seemed a hassle so we utilized the lighthouse beach.
Though our 10 days in this condo were ok, we much prefer walking out into the beach.

Great place to stay! Loved the view of the water and the bridge. Got to see dolphins playing and manatees swimming right off the dock. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need! All the extra amenities were great! (fishing poles, noodles for the pool, books and games, pool towels, beach toys, etc). And the owner, Maggie was wonderful! So helpful and kind - made suggestions on places to eat and shop, beaches to try, anything she could think of to make our stay more enjoyable!

Upon arrival, the outside property was clean. When we entered the rental, it also was very clean. It was even better than the photos on the website.
Getting in & out of the property was especially easy because of turn / merge lanes onto the main road.
Communication with the owner was prompt.
We'd be interested in going back and recommending the property to friends.

The view of the bay between Sanibel & Ft Myers is breathtaking from this condo. The condo is comfortably furnished & was well-stocked with condiments & incidentals. Our only complaint is that every cabinet & drawer in the kitchen area was filled with "stuff," no room at all to put even a cereal box of our own, other than in the refrig. Someone needs to come in & seriously purge! Otherwise, we had a very nice stay here

My husband & I booked a last minute trip to Sanibel the week of Thanksgiving. Mariner Pointe is an excellent location if you want to enjoy Sanibel but don't want to be on the beach every single day. The view of the Bay is gorgeous, and we spent lots of time watching birds, dolphins, boats, and people. The condo had every amenity we needed and then some. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and consideration into what the guests need. I'd love to stay again at this property!

This was a great location for our girlfriend trip! Close to beaches and great places to eat. Everything within 10 minutes of this pristine location. The unit was easy to find and access. You can tell it has been well taken care of.

We had such an amazing experience! We saw dolphins right out the back over the water and watched beautiful sunrises. So much wildlife and aquatic activity. The property is right off of the causeway, which was perfect for running errands off of the island. The property was clean and quiet and I have no complaints. Our host was so so helpful and gave us tips and answered all questions. We'd definitely stay again. :)

Great time on Sanibel again this year. Love the dock and pool. Make sure to eat at Doc Ford’s and Dante’s coal fired pizza. A++ Owner Maggie makes renting and staying here so pleasant and simple. Thanks again for the memories until next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Maggie's condo and hope to return! The location is great and we loved being able to easily get to and from Lighthouse Beach by car or bike...our midnight venture to the beach for shells by moonlight was the highlight of those visits!I was quite disappointed in the communication failure by VRBO and the property management company upon our check-in, but just as soon as Maggie (the owner) heard from us, she was on it and provided the details and access to the condo that VRBO had dropped the ball on! So appreciative of her communication throughout our stay. I never did hear from the property manager, property management company or VRBO regarding our check-in issues. Maggie saved our trip and for that we are very grateful! Hopefully VRBO will resolve their issues. The homeowner was awesome!

My husband and I were wowed by this place! Upon arrival it was clean, had plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking and the layout was open with a beautiful view of the inner bay and spectacular sunrises. The owner checked in with us via text and offered a few fun, local options for us to check out and we did! I hope we can stay here agian. Liz

We had such a wonderful stay in Maggi's well-decorated and furnished comfortable condo! The condo has a beautiful view of the bay, was so nice to sit in the lanai drinking coffee and watching the sun rise over the water. the condo had everything a family would need for a beach vacation, beach chairs, cooler, etc. It's in a good, quiet location, and we even walked to dinner one night and the beach several times. We enjoyed the pools a couple times, walking along the pier, and spotted some dolphins several times! Maggi was a very hospitable owner and made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back some day!
