Large Studio, amazing bay view, private deck with table and chairs
About this apartment rental
A spacious unit with a great view of the bay from the front window. It is 418 square feet and has a queen size bed and a futon. The entrance is separate from the rest of the house so it feels very private. There is a little deck with an outdoor seating area with table and chairs. Although the outdoor seating area does not face the water it is a great place for morning coffee or for evening cocktails while watching one of our fabulous sunsets. There is a a/c unit that keeps the condo comfortable. It has a fully functioning kitchen and a good size bathroom. Skylights added in 2021 provide wonderful light to the unit. Regarding Parking: We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long term parking. The Ptown Chamber of Commerce parking information page contains a map showing where all the parking lots are located. *We also have the following properties on VRBO.com: Two BR: 1st floor #988898 One BR: 1st floor #7575816 One BR: 2nd floor #7356418

Loved our stay there.. nice quiet area… Angel grocery and West end Market were close by .. great breakfast sandwiches .. cute apartment with great view .. clean .. just perfect for us.. we’ll definitely stay there again !!

Wonderful location, perfect for my Ptown getaway, with cushy bed, well-outfitted kitchen and sweet view of that bay.

A beautiful little spot in an ideal location close to all the best shops and restaurants in ptown!

Comfortable space with nice light, but cramped kitchen. Host is very nice. The description is accurate, but the stairwell to the studio is steep, narrow, and shallow. Caution is advised. Also, the steps down to the beach are partially submerged at high tide. Consult a tide chart. A big plus: Angel Foods across the street is a local gem of a store.

I loved this studio which is very bright and has lovely views of the bay. I will definitely return next summer!!

Loved this place! Gail was easy to reach when needed and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Far enough away from the crowds but an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is well-kept, and is very basic. Fine for one person. I'm not sure how two people would manage in this small space. The a/c window unit works well. You really need a/c as the this is an attic unit that gets very, very hot. Some repairs were needed, but the owner was VERY responsive.

The place was lovely with amazing views of the water. The skylights were fantastic!!!
Perfect location. Just a few steps away from all the fun ptown has to offer but nice and quiet.
Will be booking again for next year!!!

As advertised, a perfect and cozy spot right in the heart of PTown.

great place to stay in ptown. You've got to stretch your legs a little to get to downtown, but on the bright side street parking was easy on this side of town.

Cozy without being cramped, this condo is a fantastic spot right on commercial street!

The location was amazing. Right off commercial street. Close to everything downtown Provincetown has to offer- yet the “quiet” end of town. We brought our dogs and had a lovely time (pay attention to description of unit- the stairway leading to the unit is quite steep- but was fine for us). Easy walks to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. One of the best restaurants in town is a quick 2 minute walk. Unit is bright with natural light, beautiful sky lights that have electric blinds to close or open as needed). Small spaces but well equipped and everything you need. Bed was cozy. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you. The beach chairs and towels were great to have on hand. Much appreciated!

Found space just as described. Walking distance to everything we needed. Bed very comfortable and view of bay a plus. Enjoyed the small balcony in the evening. Big enough for two.

We love it here. Very easy going. Great location on the East End.
All our needs are met staying here.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect, not too far out of the hustle and bustle of Ptown yet the nights were very quiet. We ate breakfasts and a few dinners at home. Everything was provided and we wanted for nothing. Gail was lovely and always accessible.

This studio had everything we needed and more. Full of Cape Cod charm and still super efficient. Views of the harbor in front and a small private deck out back which was great for morning coffee. Harbor beach access which we used for a couple quick swims. Good air flow so we hardly needed the AC and slept with the windows open at night. The skylights have motorized shades so you can control the light as needed. Small but well equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom. The East End is a quieter part of town but still an easy walk to the center of town and a quick bike ride to anywhere in town. Angel Foods is right across the street and great for all kinds of prepared and made to order food, and a nice wine and beer selection as well. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was comfortable and bright, the last flight of stairs was narrow and steep making it potentially hazardous. Kitchen had no space for cutting vegetables. Many wires exposed with few places to charge electronics. Nice location with good views.

This studio was quite spacious with great light, great views and within walking distance to central P-town and beaches. They are dog friendly, which was perfect for my wife and I along with our chill lab/shepherd. We will definitely be booking this again in the future.

The location was ideal-close enough walk into the center of town, but removed enough to enjoy some peace. The unit itself was comfortable, bright, and clean. Would stay there again!

This studio is a wonderful place to relax, take in the beauty of Cape Cod Bay and enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer.

We had a good stay and would def stay again. The owner was very diligent and got to me on time for everything I needed. Best thing is that the place has a smart TV and is right on commercial street.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in this well appointed studio. They did not have extra sheets for futon when we arrived. I called and Michelle was over with them in 20 minutes! Great experience and will definitley stay again.

I just spent 2 weeks in this cozy, clean and well-situated place! I really enjoyed the convenience of being on the edge of town and being right across the street from the quiet bay beach. Would definitely rent again!

Far enough from middle of town, night noise is absent but close enough to park free on street and walk in. Ocean path directly across street as is grocery. Very responsive manager, clean as a pin and exactly as advertised. Personal use porch with small table outside, bike rack out front, a/c, tv, kitchen. Third floor walk up, so you need to be capable for the climb, and at top of the house, so awareness of weather with heat or rain is advisable. Ceilings slope with roof line at edges, so tall folk need to watch their heads.. Great location in P'town, everything accessible with a bike, and the parking was super easy, if willing to get up early on street sweeping day to move car. Many open slots available after night visitors leave and before day crowd arrives. I loved it.

My partner and I stayed at this sweet attic studio during July 4th week. The location was quite convenient - PAAM is next door, Angel Foods across the street, short walk to galleries, The Mews and Ciro & Sal's. Five-ten minute walk to downtown. Bike rack for your own or rented bikes. Public beach access is across the street. Not much beach at high tide, but really convenient for a quick dip or an hour in the sun. We parked at the "shell" parking lot behind Utilities/Chameleon, three hundred for 8 days, in and out allowed and attendants were friendly.
The unit had everything we needed, including decent beach chairs and beach towels, kitchen essentials inc a lobster pot, paper towels and toilet paper and the bed was comfortable. Everything was as described, clean and tidy. There were plenty of storage areas for all of our stuff. Owners of other units were friendly and quiet, which is not always the case in Ptown.
As other reviews have stated, the second set of stairs is narrow and steep, but has an additional hand rail for stability. We wished we had packed two smaller bags rather than one large one.
One day the weather was particularly warm and we had trouble getting cool enough. The split ac had struggled to cool the unit down enough, and a second window ac was stuck on 86 degrees. The windows in the front of the unit catch the sea breeze. However, the handle for the beautiful large skylights was not supplied and the ac took up the other window, so we could not establish a good cross breeze, even with the front door and bathroom windows opened. When the 90 degree heat broke, the temp in the unit was comfortable. This is a beautiful, quaint 200 year old house, from a time when folks lived a little closer to the weather.
We had no problem at all with the TV or internet, including on a video conference.
Gail, the owner, was easy to deal with and professional.
I would not hesitate to stay in this lovely studio again.

Lovely place to stay, roomy for a studio. Wonderful view, very comfortable bed.

We really wanted to love this place. I’ll start with the things that we enjoyed about the property.
Pros:
-Super clean
-Allows dogs and has an outside hose to rinse dogs off with after the beach etc.
-Has an equipped kitchen as far as pots/pans, toaster, utensils (does NOT have salt or olive oil so if you plan on cooking, either bring some from home or you will need to buy)
-we found the location to be ideal. It’s really quiet while still being close to the really busy part of town. Right across the street access to the beach.
-check in check out was super easy. They gave us a code for the keys
Cons:
-the AC did not give off cool air. Definitely broken. We left it on overnight and it never did much other than blow air. We were very lucky to be there when the weather was bearable but this unit is on the third floor and essentially heats up like an attic does. When we arrived it had to be 85 degrees in the room, exacerbated by the skylights (which we kept the blinds covering for our entire stay due to heat)
-wifi was not so good
-the second set of stairs is extremely narrow and steep. Would not stay here if anyone in the party has trouble with stairs etc.
-while there is a fire stick, you have to log in to all your own accounts and make sure to log out before you leave
-they ask you to take out your trash as your checking out. This is not something that I’m at all unwilling to do but it seems like when you’re paying a bunch to stay at the property and leaving a tip for the cleaner (which I’m more than happy to do) that maybe the trash could be taken out by someone else.
-the window behind the bed is essentially useless. Takes two people to open as there is a “gate” over it (I’m assuming for safety) and the same goes for the blind.
Would really rate this place 3.5 (if I could give half stars) mostly because of the AC not working. Would have enjoyed our stay much more if the apartment could cool down.

Easy checkin/out process. Gail was very responsive/prompt with replies. Apartment is cute, small but perfect for two people. Could not ask for a better location!

The place was much larger than I expected. It was impeccably clean. I booked again for October. Manager quickly texted me back to answer my questions. The sheets were comfortable, the view was amazing, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals. I will keep this place as my first choice in Provincetown.
