Lovely location. Nice 1bedroom condo. Eric made the check-in and out process very easy. Detailed instructions were very helpful. The only thing lacking was the cleanliness and a mismatch bunch of kitchen items (ie, a baking sheet is provided, but doesn’t fit in the oven) I would stay here again. Ocean views from the kitchen windows and listening to waves all night. We had a very nice time.

What a great property! We arrived on Saturday afternoon. We got all the information we need Friday prior to our arrival, and it was flawless. We found the property to be as described. It was spotless and everything worked. Sunday we found there was a beach umbrella and chairs. We used them almost every day and they were perfect. The location is in the center of the boardwalk and easy walking distance to anyplace you want to go. The beach is perfect. The sand is like powder and very clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the refrigerator was plenty big for us. We used the oven and dishwasher with no problems. We also used the washer and dryer. Again, no problem. One of the nice touches we discover after an evening walk. There are lights that come on as you come up the stairs. It is a nice safety feature. While the boardwalk is very busy at night on the weekends, we heard no noise from it. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay. It was such a great spot. Eric was very communitive with me. Only reason I'm saying 4 and not 5 stars is because I couldn't get the ac to work and the (nothing on Eric) downstairs neighbors had a huge party an took over the patio.

Just steps from the beach and very clean. From the pictures I was a little worried the main room would be kind of dark but it's actually quite nice with a large kitchen window overlooking the ocean and letting in lots of light. Communication was quick and easy. Walking distance to so many things. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as listed. Small but cozy. We were only inside to sleep. Steps to the beach. Huge bonus was the use of the Catamaran Resort. It was a nice way to cool down at night. The only negative would be the lack of respect from the other tenants that stayed in the other parts of the home. It is considered a "shared space" but was not. Great Place to rent.

I gave this review at 2 star for accuracy listing because I was not told it was upstairs until I arrived. The picture on the listing makes it seem like it’s downstairs and does not face the ocean. It does have though, a huge window in the kitchen where you can partially see the sea. The pictures of inside the condo are accurate. It’s a place to stay, and it had the all the essentials for that. This is a party- beach and attracts young crowd. If you’re expecting your stay to be very-very quiet this is not for you. We stayed during the week but I am familiar with the area and knew what to expect. The place accommodates 4 adults max. Since there’s not much room for luggage or any other things you might bring for your stay. We felt comfortable sleeping with the windows open and few fans on and the ocean breeze kept the place comfortable This time of the year the weather is perfect. The place was decently clean but I gave it a 3 stars for because I would’ve rather smell bleach than an overpowering scented “cleaner” That I know doesn’t not kill bacteria. Spending 6 dollars on a new shower liner and shower mat is not much to spend for every guest. I had to buy a new shower liner because the one there has soap scum and whatnot. I could tell the bathtub though in very good condition, house keeping did not scrub. Lastly I would suggest having white towels that smell like bleach rather than color ones that one could tell were not sanitized to be using over and over or just not have at all. The attention and prompt response to our issues and concerns from the property manager were excellent. Knowing exactly what to expected now from this rental I would recommend and rent again in the future.

We could not even stay one night. The whole apartment was incredibly hot and sticky - even though there were five fans operating full-blast when we walked in. Next door there was a loud party going on (and closing the windows was not an option due to the heat). Furniture, appliances, beds are old. The sofa is rubbish. We contacted the manager but since it was so late he only responded the next day. He was very friendly and offered to "gather information" and mentioned that he has another property that he could put us in. Unfortunately he never came through with this. If you look at the pictures of this property you get a very misleading impression. And the fact that most of the indoor pictures of the bedroom and bathroom are such a poor quality should have been a red flag. Unfortunately I can't attach the photos I took to this review.

Place isn’t fancy or anything like that. But it’s well kept , clean and you have everything you need to accolade family’s , couples and bachelors! It’s located in the coolest beach and between pacific and mission beach ! The location was awesome just as described! Management was very accomaditing and you could text him or call with any issue and immediate response. Would rent again!

This is a tiny condo. Doesn't sleeps 5 unless they're mostly children. Uncomfortable beds, when sleeper couch is unfolded, there is no room to walk to the front door. Ocean views from inside the unit is only visible when you're standing by the windows and lean to the left. Cannot hear the ocean because it was so hot and stuffy that we had to turn on the noisy fans. Must leave the place between 10-6 because it's so hot and uncomfortable in the condo during the day. Hard to get a good night sleep, car alarms going off most of the time and drunking parties on the weekend. Few beach toys available. "Access to wonderful pool and jacuzzi at a nearby 4* hotel" is a joke. We wasted half a day trying to use the pool. Spoke to 3 employees at the hotel and none of them is aware of this deal. They all said the pool is only for hotel guest - none hotel guest must buy a day pass. When Eric finally got back to us about the instruction on how to use the pool we opt not to use it. The instruction sounded sketchy and we didn't want to risk getting thrown out of the hotel pool like bunch of hooligans.

We never spent a night because the toilet backed up. We could not get a hold of anyone to fix it. We had to find a place to sleep at 9:30 at night.

If you want a great location to mission beach, this is a perfect place to stay! The condo was bright, clean, comfortable, and filled with all the necessities. It was a pleasure working with Rick during our stay and I would highly recommend this condo for a beach vacation. Can’t wait to come back. Sincerely, Lisa and family
