Walk to everything from this beautiful 1,400 square foot, two-bedroom/bath condominium in idyllic Pentwater: lakes, beach, boating, shopping, restaurants! • Located on the main street (560 South Hancock) of downtown Pentwater, with gorgeous views of Pentwater Lake from balcony/patio of second floor unit. • 10-minute walk to Charles Mears State Park, which serves as Pentwater’s public beach, and is located on the beautiful coastline beach of Lake Michigan—just to the north of the channel, connecting Lake Michigan and Pentwater Lake. • Open, hardwood floor plan offers kitchen/eating area/living room with sliding glass doors opening to spectacular views of the Pentwater marina and lake from a large second-story deck. • Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a charming grocery market/deli located one building away. • Master bedroom has queen-sized bed and adjoining full-bathroom with large bathtub; second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Both rooms are carpeted. • One reserved parking spot with additional guest spots; stairs and elevator access to the second floor entry. • 32-inch flat screen TV with DVD player and wireless Internet. • Air-conditioned, but living room ceiling fan and outside air is usually more than adequate with Pentwater’s climate. • Fully equipped laundry room. • Construction completed in 2007. We felt at home right away. Walking into the foyer we found the condo is full of natural light and a great view of Pentwater lake. Just as pictured. Very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. So nice to walk downstairs to the bakery or down the street for more coffee, fresh chocolate croissant or good meals. We made lots of good purchases at the local farmer’s market. Great location for a quick, pleasant walk for a Lake Michigan sunset. Also the condo is a perfect launching pad for Ludington and Silver Lake. Best was relaxing on the large balcony, watching the boats and feeling the city vibe. Thanks for sharing your home!

Loved the location & facility. Air conditioning quit Friday & it got up to 80 inside the condo. MBR sink very slow so needs to be unclogged. Front door latch needs adjustment. BUT thanks for renting the unit.

If you don't like this condo you need to stay home. It very spacious with very nice furniture. The kitchen has all the stuff you need. The owners were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. The view of the harbor from the deck was great. We had a front row seat for the 4th of July fireworks. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. The elevator was a nice amenity for us seniors.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in the heart of Pentwater. The condo is much more spacious than the pictures make it seem. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to the marina, beaches, and shopping. The communication with the owners was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to staying there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The listing is as described and looks bigger in person. It is on the second floor, and there is an elevator in addition to the stairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. If you decide not to use the drip coffee maker, there is a coffee shop a short walk away.
There was plenty of paper products as well as shampoo and soap, and a hair dryer so I didn't need to pack mine.
The hosts were very easy to work with and responsive to questions.
We arrived on Memorial Day and being on the main street in downtown, we were a little concerned about the noise/traffic. However, there was very little during the week. We really enjoyed watching all of the boats come in at sunset from both the deck (which is very spacious) and the living room.
Checking in and out was simple and easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The front of the condo offered a grand view of Pentwater Lake and Hancock St, downtown Pentwater. We could walk to stores and restaurants, as we did everyday while we were there. The hosts give u all the info u need up front. Thx

When my daughter and I first walked into the condo we saw the beautiful stretch of Pentwater lake all across the the sliding glass doors and we knew right away we loived the condo. . The view is also seen out of the primary bedroom as well. The condo is very clean. updated, and comfortable and had everything we needed. We sat with coffee in the morning out on the patio watching the charter boats bring fish in and watching the pretty blue water. The condo is next door to a wonderful small grocery and just steps away from coffee shops, cafes, and shopping. At night we walked to the beach for ice cream to watch the sunset and then came back to this beautiful, comfortable condo with the beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure! This is the vacation my husband and I look forward to every year and the DeMars family property never disappoints! The condo is beautiful, the location is perfect and the owners are so responsive and wonderful to rent from. This is our 4th year staying here and we hope it will continue to be our vacation destination for many years to come!

Our group appreciated the bright and breezy balcony and the cleanliness of the entire space. This condo is convenient to everything, the grocery store is next door. The balcony had a wonderful view of Pentwater Lake, the boats going back and forth and was wonderful for people watching. There is a liquor store below that also has some meats and cheese, we really enjoyed the friendly business that Ryan at PortView provided. It was great having our bikes for an easy ride to the beach. Rick and Shiela were great hosts, it was most definitely a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. The space is very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the harbor. The location is perfect for accessing downtown shops and restaurants, and there’s a grocery next door to the condo complex. We really appreciated the elevator! Rick and Shiela were very accessible and responsive. I highly recommend!

The beautiful condo exceeded our exceptions in so many ways. You can’t beat the location. Right in town and a mile away from the beach. The walk to the beach is easy and fun. The porch looking out at the Marina was incredible. It helped wash away all of the stressors of our daily life and allowed us to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It was truly our favorite thing to do in our down time. The beds were plush and so comfortable. I have never slept well on vacation until staying here. The Hosts were very kind and responded right away to questions I had before arriving. They went above and beyond many times for us and we will absolutely be back next year. We can not wait and feel so blessed to have found this GEM in the greatest town in Michigan. Book this condo. You will not regret it.

This condo is perfect in every detail. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The view of Pentwater Lake was beautiful - especially from the balcony. We have been vacationing in Pentwater for 40+ years but have never stayed downtown. We loved it! The owner was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend. We will be back!

This condo is very comfortable and attractive, with lovely views of Pentwater Lake from the front and a pleasing green landscape from the back. Pentwater is a charming, very walkable small town, with good dining, indoors and out, and a truly beautiful Lake Michigan beach. You’ll find fine hiking trails in nearby Ludington State Park, terrific canoeing on the Pine and Pere Marquette rivers, and water sports of all sorts on the lakes. Rick is a very responsive and helpful host.

Easy access to everything.. if you are looking for woods and quiet remote feeling, you will not be happy, but we loved the views and convenience to everything. Great for young couples or empty nesters!

I believe this is our 4th year in this amazing condo. The condo is beautiful! The location is perfect for downtown shopping, restaurants and views! You can walk or bike to the beach. As soon as we arrive and open the front door, the view just takes your breath away. This is a family favorite every year!!!
