Inviting master with queen bed on main, along with formal living & dining room and vaulted family room open to kitchen and breakfast. There is a laundry room on the main level as well as a half bath. Because 1 couple wouldn't be utilizing the upstairs at all, we are offering the home at an unbelievable discount for those with only 1-2 people staying, who are only going to utilize the main level (which includes the master bedroom.). Note new base price. (We hope those who have more than 2 people understand we cannot extend the same discount if there are more than 2 people, to include children. Utilizing any part of the upstairs means additional heat/air, utilities, wear and tear, etc....). BUT If you have more than 2 people, you're still getting an amazing rate, as we've discounted the entire rate up to 8 people! This is the perfect house for a low key stay. We welcome couples, friends, and of course families. 2 night minimum stay on weekends and 3 night minimum stay on holidays. Notes: (1) There is no street parking in the neighborhood for nightly rentals, which leaves a total of 3 parking spaces available: one car in the garage (no clicker), 2 cars on the steep driveway. (2) No guests. (3) Though upon booking you're seeing and agreeing to the nightly agreement before paying, you'll also need to sign a copy via messaging or email and send that back with ID and CC. (4) There cannot be music or loud noise off the deck, in the back yard, or outside. (Regular speaking voices are, of course, ok.). (5) No smoking on the premise, inside or outside the home.
