Nestled in Centro, this charming condo for $152 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Studio attic design recently renovated! Brand new! ideally located in one of the most charming neighborhoods of Madrid. Located in a quiet street next to the Plaza Mayor, the Plaza de la Villa, the Royal Palace, the Mercado de San Miguel and area with theaters, cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is in the center, so you can visit the entire Historical Center walking, it does not prevent it from being surrounded by authentic sites, shops, restaurants and bars of all the life, that coexist within one of the leisure areas more fashionable of Madrid, next to the tourists, the most visited streets and monuments of the city. It is a unique space located in Madrid de los Austrias. The apt is fully equipped, with everything perfectly integrated into very well defined areas. It is oriented towards Alamillo Street and the Prince Anglona Garden (which appears in the photos), it is a small and quiet street in an area with a lot of atmosphere. The apartment is in a building that is part of the Historical Heritage of Madrid, is fully renovated while retaining all the charm. Other important information: The apt is fully equipped, sheets, towels, kitchenware, shampoo, shower gel, TV and other basic appliances (toaster, hair dryer, coffee maker, water heater, etc.) to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The maximum capacity is for four people distributed in a double bed (135x190) and a sofa bed (140x190) easy to open and close, but above all very comfortable. The closest Metros are: Metro "La Latina" or "Tirso de Molina". No Air Conditioning: IMPORTANT! Please, read this !!! The air conditioning system is a "portable evaporative air cooler that does not use refrigerant gas and does not cool as efficiently as an air conditioner, but which is healthier". CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT In relation to the entrance and exit, the hours that appear on the page are indicative, and are as flexible as other reservations allow. That is, it will depend on having another reservation for that same day, in which case they should be fulfilled for the comfort of all the guests. I ask that if your entry or exit is outside the time shown on the page inform me of it at the time before making your reservation. Proof of identification will be required upon check-in. Seriousness, respect and good behavior are requested with the apartment and with the neighbors, therefore, it is strictly forbidden to have parties and to smoke inside the apartment. Fantastic location, quirky interior, on the third level- lugging a 20kg suitcase up those stairs gave me a workout! Head up toward San Francisco st direction to find a multitude of eateries & bars, some in pretty plazas & a Dia mini market & the hop on/off bus tour.

Small but perfect for our stay in Madrid. Mostly quiet and away from the bustle of the streets, the appartment had everything we needed and we were able to walk everywhere. Our host was helpful allowing us to drop our bags off early, and providing good advice on places to eat and shop.

We enjoyed our stay in La Latina, it’s in a fantastic location close to some great bars & restaurants, check in etc all went very smoothly. The downside of the attic room was the very poor lighting throughout and the sleeping area which was cramped with terrible pillows. Despite this we had an enjoyable stay.

This litle studio was nice and clean and the location was great too . My only thing will be that they used a better material to separate the toilet from the room . Not too much privacy.

It has been a very good stay. the apartment is perfect for a single or a couple since it's just one big room with some divisions that do not allow for privacy. very well equipped, a bit noisy during weekend since the neighbourhood is full of bars and places where to have fun. but it's part of the atmosphere. I would recommend it because of the location and the beauty of the area. And of course for the comfort of the apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment which is in a super convenient location. This is really a quick walk to La Latina and incredible restaurants, Plaza Mayor, the Palace and other touristic areas. This is an converted attic area of an old building. We got great light through the little windows. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning during our visit though it did start to get warm before we left and probably would need to use it by mid-May. Communication with with our host was excellent.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Easy to walk to Plaza Mayor and many central Madrid sightseeing spots. The layout is a little quirky but worked fine. The unit is well provisioned and the owner very responsive. As other reviewers have mentioned, lots of steps (45) but hallway is well lit and someone thoughtfully has left a chair on a landing. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic, cozy loft. We walked for long distances and saw many points of interest like Plaza Mayor, which is very close by, Prado Museum, Parque de el Retiro, garden at Atocha Station etc Immaculately clean and maintained loft with good amenities. Suitable for 1 or 2 people as there is limited privacy. Good recommendations by owner for restaurants and thoughtful guide book which helped a lot. Excellent food markets close at hand and The Best Calamari ever near one of the Plaza Mayor arches. Save room in your suitcase for new shoes,.cool shoe stores with men's, women's and kids shoes. Spanish leather beautiful

Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, yet the apartment was on a quiet and cozy side street away from the crowds. It had everything we needed for relaxing and light cooking. No shortage of restaurants, cafes, and bars close by, though. We'll stay here again the next time we visit Madrid.

Our stay in Dina's apartment was flawless. The communication before and during the stay was excellent. Arriving from Atocha (by train from Barcelona) was very convenient and checking in to the apartment was exactly as described. The neighbourhood is lovely and the location is perfect for seeing the centre of Madrid on foot. Like most accommodation in the centre you need to be ok with stairs, but in any other way I would not hesitate to recommend this for any single/couple/family with one young child looking for self contained accommodation in Madrid. Appt. was spacieous enough for 4 people. Lots of storage which was nice and great to have a launchry machine. The stairs to the 4 floor were sketchy, we retreated having large luggaes as there is no elevator. I would stay here again as it was an amazing area with lots of cafe and shops and grocery stores.

Excellent experience easy communication with owner respectful kind courteous polite and provided anything I needed. the apartment is right in the middle of everything. Uber is accessible 24/7 very reasonably rates cooked several times in the apartment. Could use some sharp steak knifes there was only one big knife not sharp, and one small knife sharp also was several butter knives. many many restaurants within walking distance. all sites to see are within walking distance also. Best location ever!!! I was pleased.

We had a challenge to connect with the person who let us into the apartment when we arrived. We were told to "ring the bell downstairs", but there were 5 "bajo buttons". We rang all five but no responses. WhatsApp'd the owner so we learned that the "downstairs" neighbor wasn't on bajo. We initially had 1 set of towels for two people and didn't get a second set until the 3rd day. Other than that - the location is fantastic and the apartment is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here but be sure to get specific instructions for getting in on arrival.
