Check in was super easy. The unit was clean and well equipped. It is a very nice place to spend time with your family or friends. Great location on the Beach.

Such a great condo right on the beach. Far enough south that the beach traffic is minimal. Pools are cleaned everyday and the entire property is well maintained! We will definitely be back.

Always love The Pelican. This was by far our best unit there. Our flight got in at 8:15am but they were nice enough to go ahead and give us our pool bands until the room was ready, which Melyinda was able to get us in early. Unit was absolutely spotless and just steps from the elevator which made it easy for getting luggage and groceries to the room. Can’t wait to go back!

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were two older couples. The kitchen offered everything we needed. Each morning we sat on the balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean with our coffee.

Totally enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect and with a beautiful view! The location was close to restaurants, stores .... The property manager was super friendly and incredibly responsive! Would definitely stay there again!

The Ocean view and wave sounds were breath taking. The main King & guest bed Queen were fantastic (memory foam) and slept great. Quiet around the area at night. Our property manager was terrific and very helpful. The amenities were A1 fantastic. Wi-Fi, cable TV, ceiling fans were great. The rules and guidelines were clearly printed in a binder on the coffee table. The only downside and this is all nit-picking but it's an honest review: Our stay was only 3.5 days. Some things are a bit old or used and need better maintenance/attention like the bunk beds/bedding in the guest room had a mildew smell. The dehumidifier in the main area was a bit suspect with corrosion so we didn't use it. The fridge water filter needs changed per its indicator. The front load washer needs cleaning because of mold & smell. This is common to front loaders as most may know. As guest you are required to wash any towels over the use of the sets of 2 provided in both bathrooms. No biggie, soap was provided. The main view left curtain slide track was misaligned and needs fixed so the left side curtian stays open 2-3 feet. Plan to do some lite chores before your last day. Again, these are little things and still review it 5 for 5. I would stay again and would recommend it for the price.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and had lovely views. It was a relaxing stay and met all our needs, including entertaining a few family members. We had a small problem with the smoke alarm but someone came and but in batteries right away. I would highly reccomend the Pelican, B404 and Sachs Realty.

From the rental, to check-in, stay, and check-out.... all went well... like clockwork. Condo is comfortable and located right on the beach with a great view of the ocean and pool area. Couple comments ... 1) would be nice to have a tv in the second bedroom; 2) recommend getting taller toilets and adding some grab bars next to toilet and in the shower in at least one of the bathrooms to help older people.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent. It is close to many restaurants and things to do. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pools were very nice and clean. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There were several beach toys/items available as well. The beach towels were an added bonus as was the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Four of us stayed at the condo and were very pleased. It’s nice and spacious. We had plenty of room. The complex is very nice. It was pretty quiet. The beach is very nice. This was our first visit to NSB and we will definitely be back and hopefully will book this unit again.

Close to all shopping.Very clean, lovely area. Loved everything about it! Only suggestion would be blinds or darkening window coverings to master bedroom’s window due to balcony light shining through.

Disappointed in the cleanliness, and we pay a cleaning fee? We left it a lot cleaner than we found it. We were happy to have a washer & Dryer in the unit. Nice dining area. Sufficient kitchen and appliances. Bathrooms served well. Knowing what we have to deal with, we would rent again.

A lovely place to stay and rest in peace and quiet! Wonderful, eclectic cooking tools and spices available. Fantastic seafood store on the main drive next to Publix store. Everything you need to get cozy. Was glad to see the building is under going some longterm repairs as all beachside buildings should consider. Everyone was very nice. Try the Cafe Verde Food without Borders in the outdoor seating.

We had a fantastic time staying at The Pelican. The condo was ideal for us and our 3 young kids. We were able to frequent the beach and pools and everyone stayed happy. We’ll be back!

We especially enjoyed the location, condo property was very good, well maintained. Two wonderful pools, and nice beach area. The condo was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. I do feel the LR furniture was very worn and needs to be replaced. There were (2) chairs that were stained, etc. Other than that issue we enjoyed out stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the shower head breaking and only being able to get 1 parking pass due to contractors working on the condo that we were not aware of until the day before arrival. The elevator unfortunately would not work properly and kept hanging up on the floor we were staying on. This must be an on going issue since a person who lived there told us how to get it to work and that it’s done this for awhile. There was no sleeping in due to the noise of the contractors. But we did enjoy the beach , it was not crowded at all and the condo was clean, very well stocked. Our kids enjoyed playing cards at night and the views from the den.

Slight mix up on check in with nobody being in the front office when we arrived. The condo is excellent. Perfect location with beautiful ocean views. Very relaxing week...looking forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed the feeling at this beach condo. Would stay here again no problem. The owner provided us all of the information we needed. We did feel that it was a bit short on beach towels and might need a bit of attention due to some disrepair from previous guests, but these were minor quibbles.

Pros: The pictures shown are accurate. The view is great and we particularly loved the double sliders bringing the outdoors inside. The condo is well appointed. Easy to pop down elevator to the beach. Pool was clean and just the right temp. Beach is soft sand and plenty of room, not crowded at all. Kitchen has what is needed. Many beach/pool toys in the balcony closet if you needed them.Cons: The king bed was too soft with a sort of pit on one side, but preferences vary. Responses were slower than I’m accustomed to, but our questions were answered. I like rentals with some personal touches to aid your trip (binder with recs and resources for local info, games, some books), so that would be nice to add.
