A very comfortable older home with a lovely swimming pool and patio area. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood as well.
Bedrooms are large and each have their own bathroom.
The owner responded quickly to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. A big plus.
A great place to stay if you’re in town for a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Stephen was very easy to communicate with. He responded to messages through VRBO quickly and gave his cell number for even easier and faster communication. The home was a little warm. It would cool down in the evenings and there were several ceiling fans and a box fan that helped a lot. The owner sent a technician out on a holiday weekend (super impressed by that) to try to improve the temp.
The home is in a good location with quick access to public beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed taking walks through the neighborhood.
The pool and patio area was a nice place to hang out, but it was pretty hot (July, so obviously) and the bugs would get us in the evening. We enjoyed watching TV while in the pool.

Can’t say enough good things about this house . We could all spread out , the couch was so comfy for late night tv shows with the 5 of us , the kitchen was fully stocked , the pool and outdoors great also . It was located a short distance to the ocean , grocery stores and restaurants.

Wouldn’t stay at any property this host has or manages. Didn’t even stay a night in the house because air conditioner wouldn’t cool off. So got another rental because he told me he’d refund all my money just to find out he only was willing to give me a third of my money for not even staying but four hours on the property. Pool and house wasn’t clean with no toilet paper or paper towels like it says it offers, we had to fold our own towels out of the dryer.

The house was very comfortable and accommodating - with 3 teenagers it was the perfect layout with 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath. The backyard area with the pool, TV & grill was a wonderful place to relax & enjoy. The location was great - close to everything! The neighborhood was wonderful!

First of all, I would like to thank Stephen. He is quick to answer any questions on anything. We were there for our son’s wedding which took place at the Pasadena Golf & Yacht Club. We had 5 adults 4 of which were seniors & it was perfect. Having our own bathrooms was a huge plus since we had many events that we all had to get ready for at the same time. The pool was icing on the cake! When I was talking to Stephen while looking for a place to stay, before I reserved his house, I asked him about rehearsal dinner venues & he recommended Pia’s in Gulfport. We had the rehearsal dinner at Pia’s feeding about 60 people & we got rave reviews! If you like Italian food, I too recommend it! Much thanks to Stephen for that as well!!! The house is convenient to the beach, golf, great places to eat & have drinks, but it’s also a great place to relax even when dealing with a wedding!!!

Spacious, comfortable property in quiet residential area convenient for shops, beaches and restaurants.
On arrival, the front door lock proved temperamental and we were surprised to find quite a lot of food and drink left in the fridge and cupboards but insufficient wine glasses. We also discovered a load of damp bedding in the washing machine when we went to use it later in our stay. When we contacted the owner about these things he responded immediately and fixed the door lock and delivered more wine glasses the same day.
The back yard was very private - well screened from neighbours by a tall fence and palm trees. The pool was fabulous, dreamily warm to get into, lots of pool toys and floaty things for the kids.

Our family of 5 and a friend loved the property, layout, separate bedrooms and of course the outside pool area. Only 7 minute drive to St Pete beach which was nice. Property manager was great to work with. Will be looking to book this property again soon!

Property was enjoyed by our whole party. Nicely located for area attractions, the heated pool was glorious as the first couple of days were a bit chilly. Definitely would recommend & return.

My family and I had a great time at this location. The home was conveniently located within a 5 min drive of grocery stores, 10 min to St Pete Beach and 15-20 min to downtown St Petersburg. Our daughter loved playing in the heated pool. The backyard had a good fence and trees blocking the view of neighbors, so it felt private. Owner was very responsive.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds were super comfy, pool was awesome, it had everything we needed in the kitchen and our host was very nice and accommodating. The TV on the patio was not working so Stephen went and purchased a new one so the guys could watch their sports. The neighborhood was close to the grocery store, restaurants and ice cream!! VRBO still has not refunded my 2 days. I do not recommend VRBO. Huge fees and slow refunds, and if you get them to respond you’re lucky.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The bedroom suites were a big plus for privacy. Beautiful living area, two dining areas and a kitchen in between was great! The swimming pool was everyone’s favorite place with the covered patio and gas grill for hamburgers and hotdogs to have on the dining table under the patio. It was so peaceful! It’s definitely a 10!

Online reviews are accurate. Property is located in a nice neighborhood in Gulfport/Pasadena area. Three bedrooms with king/queen beds. Bunk beds are also available but located in the dining room. Probably fine for little kids. We had some issues with the AC the first that the owner resolved the following day. Pool was very nice and a must have for this time of year.

My family and myself enjoyed the property very much. The house was very spacious and clean. The clarity and chemistry of the pool water was perfect. Might have to clean a few leaves out but that goes with the territory.
The back patio area was very comfortable and private. Just be prepared for mosquitoes but once again it goes with the territory. Not sure about the grill since we didn't use it.
Anytime we contacted the host he was very quick to respond but everything was great and we didn't have to have much communication at all.
We will stay at this property again in the future.

House was nice and as advertised. 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 easily. Also had 2 extra bunk beds near dining area that could sleep 2 more, but not a closed room. The pool area was nice, but had several loose pavers that should be fixed. Heated pool was perfect temp. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to cook meals. MBR had some cracked tiles right at the sink area which was a little annoying. Seems like an easy fix. House Location was good for us, short 12 min drive to beach. We biked a little but not close enough to bike to beach. Neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. Owner communication was a little slow, but we got our questions answered. Thanks

We had a great vacation. The only problem I had with the property was there were no seats or grab bars in the shower for my elderly parents. I have since noticed that a lot of the properties listed for rent in Florida don't have them. Beds were very comfortable and the pool was great. It got sun for a good part of the day. I would rent again

Home was comfortable and had a lot of pluses… Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. Pool was nice and set at a nice temperature. It’s located in a nice area that’s a short drive to St Pete’s beach, downtown St. Petersburg, Tropicana field, Bradenton, and more.

My spouse, my mother, and I enjoyed living in this house for a week. We came to see the sun and soak in the pool while also working remotely. The house worked beautifully for us. We appreciated so many things:
-we had lots of seating options (the outdoor living space by the pool is what attracted us)
-we each had our own bathroom
-the neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet
-we could jump in the heated pool anytime, day or night
As others have mentioned, the owners are fantastic about responding to inquiries, from small to large. They quickly dropped off some kitchen towels for us after we noticed there weren't any. And when there was some exciting weather, they helped us get a better grasp on the risks.
We're glad we had the chance to stay here!

We were traveling to Florida with my spouse, father, sister and her 2yr old son for my youngest sisters wedding. We were looking for a location that was close to St Pete Beach, but away from the tourist traps. Both the location and the home were perfect for our needs and met our expectations.
First I have to say that the home owner was absolutely amazing to work with. We originally booked the home for different dates, but due to covid the wedding was postponed. The homeowner allowed us to change our dates without penalty.
Second was the location, very quiet private neighborhood that is close to several grocery stores and shops. We spoke with several neighbors who were walking their dogs and they were all very friendly.
Third the home itself was very clean, nicely laid out open floor plan, nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It also had a toddler booster seat in the breakfast area which was perfect for our needs. With the wedding schedule we did not get a chance to use the grill and pool. However, we sat outside by the pool almost every evening. We wished we had planned to stay a few more days to enjoy everything the home had to offer.
The sugar ants previous reviews mentioned were not an issue, we kept the food off the counter, the sink clean and the counters dry. This is something you always need to do when in a Florida home. As far as the yard, we did not encounter any fire ants.
We would definitely stay here again.

This Saint Pete house was perfect for our needs. Super clean and located in an ultra safe community. Steven was super responsive and provided a lot of local knowledge. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. Great experience and we would definitely stay at this property again.
