Nestled in Solana Beach, this attractive house for $1,132 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located in beautiful Solana Beach, this rare, 5 BD/5.5 BA custom home has been perfectly designed for family living. With an award winning farmhouse kitchen, charming courtyard with fireplace, a formal dining room for larger groups, multiple living rooms, and spacious bedrooms, this luxury accommodation is sure to make everyone feel at home. The courtyard boasts dining tables, bar seating, and lounge chairs set up around a relaxing fireplace, with fragrant wisteria climbing the trellis around you. The sparkling private pool and spa are available for your use, as well as a huge grass lawn great for playing games, or letting the kids run around on! The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $150/day, plus tax and service fees. Please let us know if you are interested! Please note that it takes 12-24 hours for the pool to heat up, so it is best to arrange this ahead of your stay! You cannot find a better home for entertaining. With three living rooms, an expansive kitchen, multiple dining tables with leaf inserts for extra seating, the options are endless! One of the large living rooms has a regulation size Foosball table, 75 inch TV, an indoor bar, and plenty of seating on our sectional couch, sure to entertain for hours! If you're looking for something more relaxing, there is another spacious living room with a comfortable couch set in front of a charming fireplace. With calming views of the green grass and landscaping, it is the perfect place to put your feet up and unwind. No details were missed in the farmhouse kitchen, great for larger groups or families. A chef's dream with double Wolf ovens, Wolf 4 burner gas cook top with griddle, SubZero refrigerator, two KitchenAid dishwashers, and freezer/refrigerator drawers. There is seating for 20 between our two large dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and gadgets you will need to cook meals for your friends and family! The secluded master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable California King bed, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a private sitting area for sipping a coffee in the morning, or a nightcap after a relaxing day. You also have access to a spacious deck that overlooks the front yard. The bathroom includes a steam shower, double vanity, jetted bathtub and walk in closet. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a private bathroom, as well as beautiful views of the backyard. The Jack and Jill bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a spacious deck to overlook the front yard. Each bedroom can sleep 3 people, and the shared bathroom is large enough for everyone! The 5th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed, flatscreen smart TV, and a bathroom just outside. The home comes equipped with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, a full sized washer/dryer for your convenience, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as beach and bath towels, linens, and other supplies to make you feel right at home! This home is in the perfect location for the Racetrack, downtown dining, bars, and shopping. We are just across the freeway from the racetrack- less than a 5 minute drive! Grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and beaches are all within a few miles of the home. Location cannot be beat here at this Luxury Oasis! There is also a guest home on the property that the homeowner uses for approximately 1 month of the year. Please inquire for more information. If you are interested in having a private chef come to the home to cook for your group, please let me know and it can be arranged! There are outdoor security cameras onsite. Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor's peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents. Family of 8 attended son’s graduation. We were very pleased with the lovely home with plenty of space to cook, play and visit. We enjoyed the outside areas with fire place and seating. The heater in the hot tub was not working and we were disappointed that we were not notified. The house needs a few minor repairs, otherwise we had a lovely stay

This was the perfect property for our large family. The grandchildren loved the pool. The adults love both the kitchen area and TV room for football games. The number of bathrooms was a plus so no one really had to share. All in all a wonderful place to share time together.

The home was spacious and clean. Great big yard. The check-in instructions were confusing egarding the spa. It does have spiders, some of our family is terrified of spiders and we did get a couple of bites. I would recommend peppermint oil if the owner does not want to use pesticides.

Great property in Solano Beach. The inside design and set up was nicely laid out out. Large property, plenty of space outside and indoors. Large kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Quiet, nice, and safe neighborhood. Pretty close to I-5. Close to Vons. We hung out at Moonlight beach which was about 15 minute drive by car. But that didn’t bother us because we loved to come back and unwind down at the property.

This beautiful home is even more stunning in person! The grounds, the spacious layout and the decor are all anyone could hope for while on vacation. My family (ages 1-88) all loved their stay and were talking about returning even before we left. Beautiful flowers were in bloom and there was plenty of space for us to congregate indoors and out, while still having enough bedrooms to accomodate everyone. It was also great having one bedroom on the main floor so that the grandparents did not have to navigate any stairs. We were disappointed that a heated pool was not included with the rental, but on a warm sunny day the water temp. wasn't too bad. The jacuzzi also heats up almost immediately with the touch of a button (without additional fees.) The neighborhood is lovely, close to the grocery store and many attractions are just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to return on a future vacation!

A group of friends/travel soccer teammates shared this house during our stay in town for a tournament. The location is very close to surf fields. It’s a perfect set up for hosting a team bbq. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily rent again. We could have used a few more towels but aside from that everything was wonderful.

Our family stayed in Solana Beach for Thanksgiving! We fit 12 comfortably and had room to entertain more family staying nearby during the day! The property was close to the beach and restaurants, although the house was so nice we didn't want to leave and ended up cooking in more than we thought we would. The backyard and jacuzzi outside were incredibly relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We met the owner who was very nice and the property managers responded to all our questions very fast! We hope to stay here again in the future.

This location is indeed quite spectacular with large grounds, a spacious and well designed pool and jacuzzi. Great amenities for kids to play various balls, cornhole. the Outdoor BBQ is phenomenal apart from the igniters being out( one could use long lighter provided to ignite removing a grate) great BTU's. Coffee maker was faulty and replaced in 1.5 days. Ample cutlery and crockery , glassware (this is huge! ), great layout of the house- well appointed and tastefully decorated. Wifi was great. Exterior Patio Fireplace seemed to be choking to exhaust smoke so might need a service. Would suggest property mgmt. company for more thorough information on BBQ, Firep Pits, fireplaces igniting, key light switches (could not get driveway lights on) and general operation, and property owner presence to avoid unnecessary surprises. Would strongly recommend the property for any future visitors. Thank you

We were a family of 9 adults and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house looks beautiful in the pictures, but is even better in person. The home had a warm and cozy feeling and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful too, from the landscaping to the sitting areas, the pool and the hot tub. All just wonderful. Chloe was a very attentive host and immediately answered the few questions we had about the house. We cannot recommend the home and Chloe enough and would love to go back one day!

Our family and friends just completed a fantastic stay at this Del Mar property. The home and yard were well suited for our group with plenty of space to spread out. The yard was great for wiffle ball and volleyball games and each of the rooms in the house had comfortable beds and room to spare. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The Del Mar location was superb! We would highly recommend this property!

The home is beautiful and loaded with many amenities. The landscaping is breath taking. The courtyard is very inviting. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a 5 star hotel but has all the privacy and comforts of home.

This house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 kids staying at the house -- everyone had plenty of space to play, relax, and sleep comfortably. Kids under 2 were able to take naps in one part of the house and not be disturbed by any noise or activity taking place in another part of the house or the yard. It was also very comforting having the gate around the pool and helped the adults worry less when everyone was outside. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!

We had a nice and relaxing stay at the house. There was lots of sauce for everyone and we really liked the TV room so we (group of 7) could all watch movies together at night. The house has a big backyard and our kids liked the hot tub. We only wished the pool was heated. Otherwise, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family had in incredible stay at this home. The home was clean and prefect for celebrating the holidays. The gourmet kitchen was so much fun to cook in and the formal dining table accommodated our large group! The property manager, Chloe, was kind and great to work with. Will definitely be recommending this home to out of town guests and will be reserving for family again very soon! Thank you.

This house is amazing. The location is great, just a few minutes by car to the beach, nice restaurants and groceries. The house is well maintained, had everything we needed for hosting a thanksgiving dinner. The backyard is very cool, pool (not heated) and hot tube are great. The provided a comfortable stay for 12 people. I would totally stay there again.

The pictures don’t do it justice!! More beautiful than you could imagine…The house is beautifully appointed… The rooms spacious, the kitchen is expansive and extensive. The backyard is spectacular, neighborhood is gorgeous and the BBQ courtyard area is beyond perfect. We had an issue w the jacuzzi needing repair and management was right on it. Looking forward to returning👍

This spacious beautiful home has everything a family needs for vacation. We had two families staying there and we did not feel crowded. It has several rooms to either hang out and plenty of space to be alone. The backyard is huge with ample parking. The pool is gated and heated. The cleaning crew did a spectacular job. It was spotless. There are plenty of linens, beach towels and kitchen utensils. The mgt company was easy to work with and promptly replied with any questions.

This is a house big enough for our extended family vacation. So much room nobody ever got in each other's way. The pool area is great to hang out by and it's close to the beaches and withing 20-25 min of anything San Diego area has to offer.

This house is fantastic. Beautiful property in an amazing location. Can easily fit a party of 15 though we were 11. The property management company is very responsive and helpful if you need anything and the pictures simply don’t do the house justice. Only nitpick is the grass is getting a little brown in areas and the pool gate is a bit old / broken. Other than that, can’t go wrong with this wonderful house.

The property had space for everyone. The pool and the playground were great for the kids and easy for the grandparents to be included. We enjoyed all the board games and also the games for outdoors too. We definitely recommend for a multifamily gathering.

This house was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay. We had 10 high school graduates and 2 adults and this house accommodated us perfectly! From the 5 bedrooms to the large family room it was ideal! Foos ball was a hit!! The backyard had it all-a large yard for mock baseball games and volleyball and a pool area with fire pit and jacuzzi. We love the courtyard with the built in fireplace as well. So many more things to list but the pictures and description says the rest!!

This is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The house comes with all the amenities you'd need (of high quality) and more. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Host was courteous and quick to respond.

It lived ups to everything we hoped. The house is huge and has tons of space and bedrooms. Everything is new and clean. Great kitchen and dining room. There is a courtyard area that is great for early evening drinks and BBQ. The pool is great and there is basically a football field in the backyard. Cant recommend it enough.
