Sleeps 6 # 3 (Heron) is two story. 1st floor has one bedroom with queen size bed and twin size futon. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room. 2nd story has a bedroom with King size bed and balcony. A full bath, living area with couches and two bunk beds (one has 2 twins, the other has full size and twin). Sleeps 10 # 4 ( Perch) is two story. 1st floor has full size sofa bed and 2 twins (bunk bed). 2nd story has living room with full size sofa bed, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom with queen size bed.
