From the main living room, to the formal sitting room, or the massive media and game room, you are able to spread out and enjoy spending time with friends and family. The spacious back deck overlooking the city skyline and surrounding hill country is the perfect living space day or night. Lounge with with friends on the two large sectional sofas while gathered around the warm fire pit. The home features multiple dining areas including the formal dining room, breakfast room, and outdoor patio. We also offer the option to rent additional tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups. THE BEDROOMS The Primary Bedroom is on the main floor with tall windows overlooking the rolling hills and direct access to the outdoor deck. It features a King pillow top Tempur-pedic bed along with a queen comfort sofa sleeper, and smart TV. The Primary Bedroom includes en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, large makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. Guest Bedroom #2 is on the main floor and secluded from the living areas. It includes a King bed with a high-end Simmons Beautyrest mattress, closet, and smart TV. Guest Bedroom #3: Bedroom includes a king size low profile wood bed, a large mirrored closet, and a leather bench. Guest Bedroom #4: Located on the top floor, this room includes a queen size Simmons Beauty Sleep bed, a full closet, and an end of the bed bench.
