Wish You Were Here is a beautiful house designed for maximum enjoyment of Lake LBJ. This canal-front property is just three houses from the lake, with a dock outfitted with rubber siding and cleats. A lily pad and paddleboard are also available for more fun in the sun! The entire 5-bedroom house is thoughtfully designed for adults and young ones alike, with a large and airy main living space, Sonos and portable speakers, creative pops of color throughout, a cozy, out of the way loft to hang out, spa-like bathrooms, fun bunks for the children, and high-end design elements. For the kid in all of us, there is air hockey and ping pong too! The minimalistic and modern living and dining space leads you through multiple sliders to the covered porch and expansive backyard and patio. The BBQ champion in the family will love the outdoor kitchen equipped with two grills and a refrigerator, with a TV and seating area. For the indoor chef, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare everything from your favorite family meals to practicing the art of mixology, in a sleek setup with two kitchen islands. Wish You Were Here is in a quiet neighborhood, so it is not a party house. Please respect the community and neighbors. Road tripping to Granite Shoals from central Texas? Wish You Were Here is just a quick trip! 1 hour 15 minutes to Austin 1 hour 50 minutes to San Antonio 1 hour to Dripping Springs For additional Lake LBJ area attractions: 15 minutes to Mable Falls 12 minutes to Kingsland Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and everything is new and in good shape. The only thing missing was soap in the showers that we did not think to bring with us. We visited in November, during a colder than average weekend, when outdoor/water activities are not an option, so there wasn't too much to do in the area... Also the house has no view and no fireplace. I would say it is better suited for summer get away.

We had An amazing stay at this beautifully appointed home. 7 adults and 4 kids (5 years old and under) and we had plenty of room. Very convenient access to the lake. We could leave our Wave Runners in the water right at the edge of the yard. A very large lawn where the kids had plenty of room to run around. The rest of the outdoor space is excellent for lounging and entertaining. Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals made the check-in process seamless and were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay again.
