THINGS TO KNOW The villa is less than half a mile from the Beach Club and oceanfront pools. The Lake House at Seabrook offers access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and library. The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, oceanfront pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. Optional Seabrook Club Amenity Access - guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office. Fees and a card deposit will apply. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is our second stay at this home, and we've loved both visits! All the basics are thoughtfully provided. The view is great! The porch is a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a beverage in the afternoon as you watch sunset. We also appreciate the pet-friendly aspect of this home. Can't wait to go back again!

The property was dated inside which doesnt really bother us too much. However, sliding screen door to porch does not work, kitchen is sporadically stocked. Could not find a cutting board, nor salt, light on range hood did not turn on, stove front burner didnt then did start warming and there was a funky smell either coming from laundry room or the sink. Couldnt tell. Couldnt turn tv on in bedroom. Either remote needed batteries or something else. One light in bedroom went to turn on and it separated in half. Basically, things need checked and fixed. Door was not locked when we got there either. The location is wonderful and as listed. Seemed overpriced for what you got on the inside of the condo.

The property was sufficient for our needs. The kitchen and spacious bar were great, as well as the outdoor porch. We spent most of our time admiring the view from the porch. It was also nice having two full baths. Checking in and out was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment was clean and super stocked. Two bathrooms and one bedroom? Thank you! Washer and dryer in unit? Yes! The short walk to the beach was as advertised- a must for me as I get older. There were shells to find and wildlife to see in the dunes and on the shore. Pretty close to perfect. The grounds are lovely with live oaks and Spanish moss. Just heavenly. We opted not to get the amenities pass so any dining out was done down the road. Also, the Harris Teeter at Freshfields is adequate enough to get any groceries one needs. We didn’t know that for sure. We would certainly come back.

It was a wonderful condo! They had everything you needed! The bed was cozy and the condo was clean! They even had beach chairs and an umbrella to use! Great stay and we will be back!

I had a wonderful week at Pelican View, a spacious, clean, and well-equipped beach front apartment. The balcony was right in the sand dune with an unbelievable sweeping view of the river and ocean. I saw so much wild life right in front of me, from pelicans to dolphins to beach deer. The sunsets were stunning every evening. Seabrook Island was private and exclusive, with beautiful landscaping of palm trees and Spanish moss. The club facilities were amazing as well, with pools, tennis courts, golf courses, and restaurants. I highly recommend Pelican View for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Pelican Watch, it's our 2nd visit to this area. Our condo/townhouse was very comfortable with a lot of kitchen essentials supplied. The view from the living room/patio can't be beat. Beautiful sunsets. We will be back, we hope!

The Pelican Watch was perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The condo had everything you need and more. We ate breakfast every morning on the porch and watched the sunset each night. The bed was comfortable and having 2 full baths was perfect. We plan to visit again since we have a daughter at College of Charleston and it’s only 20 miles away from her!

First time visit to Seabrooke Island. The accommodations were exactly as listed and everything was perfect.. The view from the deck was beautiful and access to water was easy and quick. I did not use any of the amenities so I can not speak to them.

Absolutely loved this rental! It looked just as the pictures did and was super clean when we arrived! We arrived around 9pm and getting in was super easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with more than everything you’ll need from spices to ziplock bags, laundry soap, cleaners, and to-go coffee cups for your morning walks on the beach (just steps from the porch)! The king bed was really comfortable and sheets were great! Bathrooms were updated and very clean! The living room tv had cable and we were able to watch the football game (go tigers!) the porch was clean and great for eating breakfast and relaxing! If you stay here be sure the walk the beach at sunset for the most incredible skyline! We absolutely would book this listing again!
