The house is an incredible 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. This house is a short walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main level. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor; one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds and 10 if you include the sofa bed. Staying here is like staying in your friend's beach house. The garage has beach chairs, boogies boards, beach buckets, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and even 2 kayaks you can use! The outdoor space at this house is AMAZING! You have a huge back patio with a conversation seating area, a dining area, a charcoal/wood burning grill & fireplace. The whole area is a covered and you can relax on your hammock or play a game of cornhole (bean bag toss). You can also head upstairs to another huge covered outdoor space to enjoy the views of the Sea or Cortez. This house has it all!
