The staff were really lovely and handy location

Was very tired. The toilet seat needs replacing and wasn’t very clean

Close to where we needed to be

The drapes are shabby and need replacing. Bed in unit 9 needs moving away from under front window. Unit 10 tenants very loud with grandchildren running around at 10pm😡

We liked the location

We felt that Booking.com misled us. We were told we had deluxe accommodation. We spoke to the manager at Wallace and were told that this was not accurate. We would have preferred to stay in motel accommodation that was available. We were given a cabin. This turned out to be very restrictive in toilet/bathroom area. Perhaps Booking.com should change their wording to “Cabins” or “Motel” style accommodation.

Bed was so comfy, nice and quiet, everything needed in a low cost unit.

The rips in the curtains. They need replacing.

Location was good. Stay was great.

Bed could of been a little better, but it was ok.

A very lovely site- really enjoyed sitting in the pagoda/BBQ area overlooking the pool. Our main draw to sit there was access to wifi, but the beauty of the landscaping kept us lingering there. The pool was a joy to swim in, too, and we used it twice in our two days there. In the room, I really enjoyed the vintage stovetop/small oven. Toasted cheese bread under the broiler, and cooked eggs on top- it worked really well. All of the kitchen cabinets have been updated, including easy-close drawers. Thanks for the kitchen sink, dishes and cutlery, and dish soap. Wonderful staff- front desk, cleaners, and facilities guys.

Tough to not be able to access wifi in our rooms- by the pool were the hotspots, so we made it work.
