The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location wasn't that great. The neighborhood had a lot of litter and there wasn't much in the area of the hotel.

I didn't like the area the hotel was located in and I didn't like the lack of privacy in the bathroom because the wall and door was glass.

A highly recommended boutique hotel in a quiet residential area which is not expensive at all.

Large comfortable room…good location in a residential neighbourhood close to the Danube River…staff were very friendly and attentive…a pleasant experience all around

Breakfast was a little sparse but ok…I prefer a bathtub but we had just a shower… u

It was an excellent stay and will come back if I am in Ruse.

The location was very good, as it was near the city center. Staff was excellent as well.

The hvac set up was kind of noisy as it picked up noise from other rooms when their AC was used

Very satisfied with our choice

This is a small, beautiful hotel that we will certainly choose again if we return to Ruse. The room was comfortable, location very close to the center and the staff was very helpful.

Nothing specific to complain. The breakfast could have a little more variety but it's no big deal. :)

Great Stay at Fantastic Boutique Hotel!

Great location, across street from Danube; wonderful lobby area; friendly staff; delicious breakfast; cozy, but large room, with comfortable bed; next door to best restaurant in the city; very reasonably priced. This was a fantastic place to stay in Ruse!

perfect for a Short stay in Ruse. Close to center and excelent restaurant around the corner.

We hâd a stopover of one night, so we could’t find nothing wrong.

very good choice!

- staff at the reception desk, kind and helpful - spacious and clean room - well-equipped bathroom (but small) - good breakfast (but not buffet) - good location: on the bank of the Danube, 10 minutes from the pedestrian area

- we found a good parking place, but undeveloped (probably because the street is under renovation) - the room door does not have a locking system on the inside, you can leave it open if you do not close it properly

Lovely place

The Residence House is very close both to the center and Danube river. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The junior suite was with a comfortable bed and very stylish.

I think the door is not quite soundproof as in the morning we were able to hear steps from the corridor. But other than that all was good.

Superb

Superb location next to the Danube. Easy to reach, waking distance restaurants, Nice breakfast, Very kind staff and very clean. Great for one night stay for business.

Bed mattress very squeaky, including our neighbor's. Could hear it through the wall, all through the night. A bit annoying.

Amazing hotel!!

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality. The staff were amazing, always smiling, asking if you want a coffee, water. The room was not big but it was confy and clean. Although the breakfast was not buffet, it was tasty and enough. The hotel is located near to the city center and Danube is right across the street.

- Great location - Clean room - Comfy bed

- few facilities given to the price (no mini-fridge, no kettle) - very small room: i stayed for one night and had a backpack and a laptop and it still felt crowded - uncomfortable pillows
