Disheartening

Dear Readers/Travellers: Please bear these things in mind before opting for Tripli at Manāli [Stone House Cottage]: 1. There is NO ELEVATOR (LIFT). Therefore, it is taxing to return to the room after day’s exhaustion. 2. Food that we had ordered was appalling.However, the breakfast available as buffet is bearable. 3. Location is average. 4. Amenities are poor. 5. Room size is okay. However, please take special note that rooms do not have FANS/AIR CONDITIONERS. In my considered view, fan is required during daytime [in the month of June - that we can say of]. 6. Bathrooms have fixtures by TOTO and GROHE - Commendable. However, they can barely function because of the absence of a pressure pump. 7. Rooms on the top floor (shown as the king size Suite - 27/28 square meters on booking.com) are the worst [please note that these are the most expensive rooms]. The cacophony of birds on the roof makes it practically unliveable. We had faced some serious difficulty while sleeping because of the fluttering of wings of the birds right above the bed area. [Further, noise of cascading water from the overflowing water-tanks makes the whole experience even more worrisome - For lack of certainty, I am assuming that the noise described above was of the cascading water]. 8. Wardrobes in rooms do not have a lock. This is amiss. 8. We had paid ₹4,536 for each night [a total of ₹18,144/- for four(4) nights]. At such a price, one would definitely expect a better standard. Advice: Do not opt for this property unless the tariff is a steal.

Location was great with all facilities available. It was truly a wonderful experience.

The staff was really very nice and the view from the property is amazing. Property has all you need good food, parking space, clean rooms.

Very good

It was a great experience. The staff is courteous and the food also tasted good. The location is picturesque with a view of the snowy mountains. The rooms are spacious and if it gets cold they even have room heater arrangement. There can be more options for breakfast but overall its a wonderful experience to stay at the Tripli Hotels stone house cottage in Manali.

Affordable room with a luxury feel

the property was great. Located in Prini, Hamta Road, it was 20 mins ride to Mall road. The view was magnificent and the staff were very helpful.

no lift, so if you mind climbing stair to the top floors (where the rooms with most beautiful rooms are), this hotel is not for you.

Great experience

Room is a good size for two people, the balcony and views from the window are exceptional, bathroom is neat and classy, 24×7 hot water supply. Overall great experience.

Had to pay extra for heater and hotel is around 4km away from manali so that's a little inconvenient.

Location was awesome. The mountain view from the room balcony was amazing. Reception staff was polite and helpful.

Room Windows were slightly opened and kept and hence it was damm cold inside the room. Not sure if this was done intensionally but we noticed the next day morning only since we arrived midnight. Room heaters are additional charge. 500 per day and that was not mentioned in the facilities. No heaters at the dining area. Breakfast was served late and it was an average taste & spread. Bread & jam, poha/macaroni, Paratha

This property is exceptionally good in terms of its location, view , room hygiene, food , room services and so on . This hotel is slightly on the outskirts of main manali and this makes it unique and relatively good. This hotel offers a wider view of snow capped mountains. I must say the stay is value for money.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great view from the balcony.

No heater provided in the room despite paying high amount for the King Suite room. Extra heater charges were Rs.500 per day, so didn’t opt for it. Heater had to be provided at least in the winter months. No lift in the property.

Amazing property. Worth staying.. though room size is lil small but beutiful view from balcony room.
