You will love a holiday in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in historic Lagos. The apartment has everything you need including WIFI, UKTV and DVD, air-conditioning, dishwasher, lift, underground car parking to keep your car cool during the hot days and a family friendly pool. You can relax on the spacious balcony, which is accessible from all rooms, while enjoying music from the all-room sound system. Security in the building is high with the main entrance door having a security code and the flat a video entry. We find the apartment very handy for the unique shops and great bars, both traditional and trendy. Restaurants are a highlight of a holiday in Lagos as they are varied, plentiful and good value. You can easily walk to the bustling marina and sandy beaches while four fantastic golf courses are a short drive away. While you will want to explore for yourself the maze of streets that constitute the old town we are happy to share our recommendations for food, drinks and day trips. The apartment has an extensive guide which includes information on nearby beaches, golf courses, cultural outings, Lagos Zoo and Aqualand as well as our views on restaurants we return to each year. Treat yourself to a holiday in Lagos in our splendid apartment but please just don't take our word for it. Read the reviews of the apartment as these are genuine comments left by guests. Important note We would like to respond to the reviewer who noted a lack of water park and golf course on site. Vrbo has confirmed this was a mistake and the information was incorrectly listed on their Expedia site. This info was never listed on Vrbo. Great balcony, well equipped, quiet. Need a car as the location is a long walk or bus ride into town. Great value. We would recommend this apartment highly. The rental person was efficient and had excellent communication skills.

The space was huge and clean included a very large balcony. We had a car and parking secure and indoor. All amenities one could need. Recommend as great vale for price.

The apartment is large, clean and well-equipped. The pool is wonderful. Probably best for a family with children as the apartment is a little far from the old town.

The flat is very spacious and bright. The pool and sunloungers were really welcome. Because it’s managed out of the UK, check-in is a bit impersonal (key left in a locker beside door). There was a mix-up but Collette was always quickly responsive. Overall, the flat needs a refresh … many of the things within are just old. The TV signal is hit and miss. The dishwasher is a bit temperamental. Getting into the garage is a bit difficult and you don’t know this until you try. And if you’re North American, bring house shoes to wear. I guess most renters are British, who wear their outside shoes inside (in Canada we don’t). We found our feet and socks getting dirty. Overall, it’s a nice property and I would recommend it for a family stay!

The apartment was as advertised. Great to have a supermarket next door. It is a bit of a walk to the marina but it was a great home base as we explored the towns around us.

This property is a complete scam. Room was as advertised, Property was to have a golf course and water park on site there were neither not even within walking distance. We booked this property in particular above others because of the on-site golf course and water park. It is a complete lie. The owners advertisement for their property on Expedia CLEARLY states that both the golf and waterpark were on site. I addressed this with the owner immediately and again, the next day they refused to respond.

Very spacious apartment with most things that are needed.
There was no safe which would have been good and we couldn’t find the advertised smoke alarm. The TV had all of the channels you could possibly want but it was very temperamental (that is being nice). The box had to be rebooted every time the TV was switched on, every time you wanted to change channel and when it lost the signal.
The instructions for accessing the garage were unclear (access is actually at the rear of the building).
The refrigerator had glass shelves missing which we informed the property owner of only to be told she was aware of it and new shelves were on order. If a family of four had rented the apartment there would have been a distinct lack of bowls for breakfast and/or dessert.

Excellent spacious apartment with a large balcony and interior finished to a high spec. Aldi supermarket next door very usefull. Sun beds supplied by apartment excellent and lovely pool area surrounded with palm trees. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside, although tv has lots of channels including sport the signal from Wi-Fi box does breakdown a lot. But I would book this lovely apartment again.

The apartment is very big, light and airy, all the mod cons anyone would need, large balcony and a big pool and sunbathing area, cannot moan about anything at all, really enjoyable holiday. Only a 10 min walk to the start of the main town area and about 15-20 mins to the lively marina. Beaches are an Uber rider of about 5 mins away, or if feeling adventurous like we did, a 35min walk to Porto De Mos.

Lovely apartment in a nice area within walking distance of the marina and town. Pool was great and we had it to ourselves a few times. Secure parking, good location with everything we needed for our holiday.

Overall nice property not too far from Lagos center and the marina. Big balcony overlooking the pool, with nice patio furniture. Great for our evening drinks or dinners outside!
The only tiny thing would be the cleanliness of the property, more specifically in the kitchen. Upon arrival, some of the dishes and glasses had stains on them, gave the impression the dishwasher hadn't worked very well...

Lovely apartment
Lovely roomy apartment with a large balcony, the pool area was fantastic and my grandson spent most of his time there, Aldi and other supermarkets close by, the apartment was clean with fresh bedding and towels the reason I have only given 4 stars is the oven is in need of a clean so we didnt use it

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment with garage parking at a reasonable price. Getting downtown requires driving/riding but other than that it is a great location. We enjoyed discovering the Algarve region of Portugal.

Everything was excellent except finding the property was difficult. A map would be better. Since the front and back side of property was a little difficult to get into. But other than that it was big and spacious and clean. Definitely will use next time we visit.

Refreshing apartment!
My husband and I rented this apartment for 10 days in October. It is well laid out with tasteful colors and a whimsical feel. The apartment has everything you need. The wraparound balcony is just lovely for catching some rays or finding a shady spot to read.
The swimming pool is lovely and well maintained.
We visited the old town daily; it is only a short walk away however, I do encourage visitors to wear very comfortable shoes. The restaurants in old town are excellent; two of which have Michelin recognition. The marina is also a lovely spot.
The climb up the hill coming back from town can be challenging, especially in the mid-afternoon heat but you can easily get a taxi in town.
Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Alex picked us up at the airport and waited a considerable time for us as our flight was delayed.
We hope to return some day and would certainly book this apartment again!

Exactly like the pictures !!!
My family of four lucked out in finding this beautiful, modern, apartment with its' large rooms, amazing balcony, convenient underground parking and super close proximity to the Aldi supermarket [although advise going a little further to my fav Pingo Doce]. Well located, within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre and the marina promenade [but by car is better]. Do not leave beautiful Lagos without experiencing their amazing cliff walk that skirts the cliffside beaches. Walk starts at Praia do Pinhao - we spent 1.5 hrs and then headed back but still more to see - and the views are absolutely stunning !!!

Visiting the Algarve in October
Lagos turned out to be an excellent location to explore the Algarve. Dona Ana beach, the Ponte de Pediale andmany other sights were less than 1/2 hr away. The apartment was lovely, we especially appreciated the spacious balcony and outdoor furniture. The underground parking was well lit and very convenient. It was nice to have a large grocery store just around the corner as well as a cafe. Lots of information provided re local sights and restaurants. The few questions we had were answered promptly by the property manager. Overall a very pleasant stress free stay.

Wonderful holiday in Lagos
Just back from 10 glorious days in Lagos at this wonderful apartment. Lagos is beautiful but the icing on the cake was definitely staying at this 5 star apartment. It was amazingly spacious, bright clean and modern with every facility you could want. The huge balcony was a bonus with the afternoon sunshine hitting it full on for pre dinner drinks and a bit of after pool relaxation. The pool area is so well maintained and never crowded with all having a sun bed. The apartment is very well placed with a couple of minutes walk to Aldis for all provisions. A 5 min walk down hill takes you to some local bars and restaurants and a further 10 mins gets you to the Old Town and Marina. No need to walk back up hill either as 4 euros in a taxi sorts that out.
Nothing negative at all about this accommodation - just can't wait to book for next year

Disabled friendly holiday
We found the apartment spacious which was ideal as one of our party uses a mobility scooter. The apartment was ideal for those with reduced mobility as there is a lift and no steps to pool area. The shower has one step in which was manageable for us. The agent and owner were always quick to respond to queries. Lagos was only a 20 minute walk away where there are an abundance of restaurants for all budgets. Would recommend.

A very well presented apartment with plenty of space and a large balcony.
Very good support and communication from owner and property manager. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Garage parking a great addition. Pool and outdoor areas spotless with lots of space. Balcony has loads of space and gets the sun from around 3pm with areas of shade if required. A good 25 minute walk to town which helps counteract the food and drink! Aldi next door (but for an extra 10 min walk, Lidl is much better). Secure entry and security shutters. If driving, location allows easy access to N125.

A gem!
The apartment was exactly as described - clean, roomy, all facilities provided, with the added bonus of a balcony that is a sun trap in the afternoon /evening. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to eat our meal outside in the evening. It was a joy to relax and take advantage of the late sun.
Lagos is a lovely place to visit, and this apartment was a gem. We plan to come again!

- Self Catering Apartment - will need to bring own toliet paper, laundry soap...etc (unless other guests have left). There is no owner to greet you so the experience isn't very welcoming, seems more transactional, but the communication is prompt and easy!

Beautiful and spacious condo.
We absolutely loved our stay in this bright and spacious condo. The owners and property management company were a pleasure to deal with and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is very modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was within walking distance to supermarkets ,restaurants, shopping and to the old city. We are already looking forward to next years stay.

Plenty of room for the kids, all home mod cons available! Some great restaurants in the old town and by the marina all within a 10 min walk!! Loads to do in and around Lagos, day on the huge beach, boat trips, great golf course at Boavista and brilliant go karting only 15min drive away! Late afternoon relaxing by the apartment pool with a few beers
