Good for an overnight stay.

Very easy access, all done via WhatsApp and easy. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good AC and fan. Nice view over the ocean

Not much cutlery, would be good to provide some paper towels for the kitchen. Pillows too hard, some towels smelled of cigarettes. Guests do not have access to the pool, but owner shared info about a separate pool and aquaparc.

Very basic apartment, nice view to the sea side

very uncomfortable pillows (if you can call them pillows), one of the bedrooms without windows, no washing machine or dryer for laundry

This is a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay.

It was a clean, comfortable apartment with a great view. The pool looked nice but, as our time was more of a stopover, we didn't have time to use it. It was quite a secure and quiet complex.

It was a bit out of the city centre but this was not really a problem if you ordered a Grab taxi

Basic unit with good location

Location was good, 2min drive to Agnes Keith house & the English Afternoon Tea venue. The apartment is basic and generally clean. Check in was easy.

Didn't like that the apartment security requested for us to fill in additional forms and took a photo of us because it's a "requirement for homestay".

The size of the apartment The price

We booked this place for the pool and even though the host said it was available the guards didn't allow us to use the pool. There was no internet in the room so we had to change rooms. Little support was given and we were made to change rooms ourselves. We went for a walk to the mart down the road to purchase some things. On the way back we were harassed by a pack of stray dogs that my 7-year-old daughter was terrified of. If I hadn't been assertive towards them I am sure they would have tried to attack us. The room is only passable for tidiness. When using the bathroom the shower gets everything wet as there is no curtain. Only a thin sheet is provided on the beds so no very comfortable.

Good value for money

The place is large. Pool is excellent. Access to Sim Sim Hill for a small hike and views of the city.

Kitchen is not perfectly clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the sink and the sink is also rusty. We walked to the mini mart and were stalked by a pack of wild dogs. I wouldn’t recommend small children walking around the complex. The kitchen could also use better cutlery.

Very good price quality

The luxury is in having lots of space and a beautiful view. The furnishing is basic but I look at the price quality and that is very good. Very nice swimming pool. Note that it is closed for guests on Sunday and Monday. We had appartment on A2 13 6. The kitchen has enough equipment to prepare a simple meal for 2. We really liked that there was a toaster. There are plenty of towels, soap toilet paper. It's 3.5 km to the city, so we used a Grab taxi, which is not expensive.

The matras is really firm and I could feel the metal springs when sitting on the bed. But lying down not. So did sleep quite well

The location and view were fantastic, the apartment complex had great facilities - pool, gym and courts.

The apartment itself was quite clean, but sparsely decorated. The beds were so so and the second bedroom did not have any side table for us to put our stuff. The bidet hose in one of the bathroom was not usable. Despite there being an induction cooker, kitchen wares and cutleries were nothing to speak of. It should at least have a microwave oven for reheating food. The Internet speed was good and the TV was small but it has access to Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I've stayed in much better places.

Pleasant

The location is great. The host let us in half an hour early after cleaning though the floor is wet which doesn't bother us.. The apartment is located at level 16 so you have a great view of the forest and sea. All rooms are air conditioned.

The kitchen is not fully equipped, there aren't any bowls apart from plates and cups or proper cooking utensils apart from a spatula, a frying pan and a saucepan. The whole apartment only got 1 dust bin which is really disappointing. The most disappointing during our stay is there aren't any proper blankets or light duvet for the bedrooms considering they all are air conditioned and it can get cold during the night. After feedback to the host that those sorts of bed sheets are not sufficient, they fetched us a couple Newly bought fleece blankets the next day. I would recommend the host to equip the bedroom with proper beddings and also the kitchen to make the guests feel at home since they are advised as homestay. There are a few WiFi boosters dotted in the apartment which I'm not happy with as there are cyber security concerns for me plus the bedroom doesn't have enough plug sockets so I have to turn it off for my baby camera and charging my phone. I would recommend the host to be upfront to the guests for their information.

Recommend!

We traveled from KL and because the airlines changed our time flight we arrived late than expected. The owner waited for us patiently even though we arrived around 9 pm and passed us the key and helped us check-in. The apartment is on the 16th floor with a nice view. The apartment got 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, and living room with a smart TV. All aircon works well, as well as hot showers. The apartment is at nice clean and quiet area. A nice swimming pool and playground for kids are available.
