The wonderful staff couldn't have done more for us. They were kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and spacious and well situated. Highly recommended. Thank you for looking after us so well.

everything was fine

we stayed in the self catering apartments next to Hotel Kriss, with private parking a little walk away. The apartment was spacious, with 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a lake view. It was well equipped and clean, and within easy walking distance of the Lake and various bars and restaurants. We also had the use of the facilities at the Hotel Kriss(breakfast, if wanted and the patio seating area at night for drinks etc).

We were not aware that the keys had to be picked up at the Hotel Kriss and it took us a long time to find the apartments themselves as there is no signage outside to tell you where they are. As a consequence we spent a good 45 minutes walking around trying to find the location, whilst being double-parked in a busy car park on the lake front! This should be made clear to future bookers!
