РАЙСКОЕ местечко! Севан и севанский сиг - космос!

Это просто рай на земле!!!!!!!! Самое яркое впечатление от поездки! Отель - мечта. Отдыхали с подружками. Обязательно вернусь сюда с мужем! Насколько здесь приятно ВСЁ! Территория отельчика - просто каждый уголок готовая фотозона! Очень инстраграмно! Ресторан - всё было просто восхитительно - севанский сиг, уха из сига просто космос! Вино домашнее очень вкусное, взяли даже с собой. Приветливые отзывчивые сотрудники и при отеле и в ресторане. Завтрак, кстати, включенный в стоимость проживания, тоже подают в этом же ресторане при отеле, и он выше всяких восхищенных отзывов - несколько видов варенья, домашнее масло и сыр, суперский омлет, чай, кофе, всё невозможно съесть! А вид из номера какой!! Севан как на ладони! Побережье Севана у отеля - отдельный восторг! А этот смех чаек навсегда останется в сердечке.

На завтраке попался бисквит с плесенью. Немного пахнет канализацией в ванной

Ok room, but not a good place without a car.

A quiet room with a view of the lake. Warm - I checked in on 13 December - grateful for that. (Though the bathroom could have done with a heater. ) It is probably very pleasant in summer. Breakfast is plentiful, even if the omelette comes swimming in oil. Plenty of bread, cheese, jams.

No-one at the reception. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - 12km from Sevan town - and there are no paths to walk on, only the main road. Without a car, it is a dead end. Or you have to take a taxi - not that Seven town has much to offer on a wintry, snowy December day - dreary and dilapidated. There is no beside light - a common lack in Armenian accommodation. Dinner: soup and the main course arrived at the same time. I asked that the main course (grilled fish!) be brought when I'd finished the soup. It was the very same fish, heated and inedible - dry, tasteless, tough. For a restaurant on the lake - inexcusable. Pity there's no fresh fruit at breakfast.

Probably the only honest review?

We did not like anything, besides a couple that was friendly and with whom we spent a nice evening together.

They initially offered a 5% discount if we cancel our booking on booking.com which I refused, and i am glad I did. The room are not at all soundproof. We could hear anyone in the vicinity. The curtains let pretty much all the light in, which means you will ultimately wake up early. The breakfast was not tasty at all despite all the "perfect" breakfast reviews. The reception is always closed. Please note I believe most reviews are fake. This was definitely one of the worst experiences, and I am frequent traveller. The shower was also very bad (shifting between ice cold and boiling hot constantly). No one spoke English besides Artur which appeared on our last days. Potatoes were served barely cooked. Food altogether was disgusting. Also, they didn't clean our rooms for the first two nights, and on the third, the cleaners came in without even knocking. And they tried to cancel our booking on the third day, likely to avoid honest reviews, but I contacted booking.com and requested them to reinstate our booking so I can leave an honest review.

It definitely deserves a booking!

the location for lake view is perfect and the sunset and sunrise view are fantastic. The room is super warm and spacious. The atmosphere nearby is very quiet and soothing. The owner allowed me to check in much earlier than check-in time, which was super helpful and friendly. The cats living nearby are bonus and they love humans. In short, I felt so relaxed and peaceful during my stay here, it deserves a booking.

the internet is super unstable, move near to the door then it could help a little. Be sure the tank for water is full before you take the shower. For me, I had to pull myself out in the middle of the shower cause no hot water at all in the middle of the shower and it took some time to finish heating. The staffs working in the restaurant are not speaking English and they are a little bit unprofessional, cause I waited for a long time to pay my bill and then I missed the sunset(I saw other guests had the similar situations too). During my waiting, they offered me tea which was not my order but later they charged me for it. But still the sunset glow is super beautiful.

The accommodation is super.

The restaurant has the really bad quality food. We have chicken and pork meat and both dishes were badly done. Unfortunately, it was the worse restaurant that we visited in Armenia.

Clean comfortable room, helpful staff, cozy restaurant, great location. Although it was cold, the view of Lake Sevan was incredible (a good option also to enjoy swimming in the summer).

No cashless payment. Wi-fi was not stable and available everywhere.

There is really great hotel over the Sewan lake. Architecture is both very elegant and a little bit rustic. Staff is very professional and speaks English. There is very clean everywhere and there is a lot of facilities. There is restaurant with a great vary of food. My stay there was more than comfortable.

Lovely stay on the lake

The property is very cute and looks out onto the lake and mountains opposite. It is quiet and family friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean.

Booked a room with a balcony but our room didn't have one. When I questioned it they said the heating in that room wasn't working and that we were given an upgrade. I'm not too sure if it was an upgrade but it had a beautiful view of the lake through the windows. Since it was rainy , that was perfect Couldn't pay with card for some reason so they took our cash but never gave us change later on. Reception helped to call their taxi connection but they wanted double what was offered on taxi apps. They weren't able to answer any questions regarding bus times. I think that its very important for them to know these things.

I just didnt like when one of the staff came and told us about the check out time, we were already done and leaving!! That was annoying!

Fantastic view on lake

Excelent view from room on lake. Clean and nice room with bathroom. Right on lake. Good restaurant in hotel. Simple but nice breakfast.
