Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely nothing — avoid this place like the plague and stay at any of the other airport hotels instead

Everything. I don’t normally leave bag reviews but I honestly can’t let this place stand after what happened. 1. The airport shuttle is someone’s personal car. Not the end of the world except it reeked of smoke and the driver kept trying to take pictures with me.. while driving! 2. The rooms are VERY basic. The shower door didn’t close properly and water drips onto the floor. I almost died getting out because you’re standing in a few inches of water trying to step down onto a wet tiled floor. 3. The rooms aren’t clean. There was animal feces in the bathroom and the sink tap looked like it could be harbouring a million years worth of germs and bacteria. 4. You might get an unwanted 1am visitor. I was trying to get to sleep and was disturbed by a massive hedgehog IN MY ROOM. Needless to say no sleep was had.

We were welcomed with tea and helped with our bags. Dinner, an add-on service, was traditional Moroccan tagine and squash soup, very well done. The gardens were lovely. The shuttle service was very prompt. I liked the resident peacock and cats. Staff was very friendly. The covered patio overlooking the pool and gardens was very nice.

The bathroom in our room needed renovation. The pool was a little green, although it was cool and had rained so that could be the reason.

Outstanding host and food!

I recently visited Riad Hamdani in Morocco. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was delicious!! Possibly the best food we ate in the entire country. The rooms were comfortable decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings. The nature of the riad made me feel relaxed and welcomed throughout my stay. It was lush and spacious and very relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco.

The airport transfer was free and quick. The communication quick and helpful. On my arriwing day afternoon i asked dinner, and I received soup, tajin and sweets after my arriving at 2200.

Superb

The location is great if you come from or go to the airport, respectively train station inside the airport. Around the Riad is not much to see, but the area itself is very peaceful, lovely prepared, including a nice pool, a terrace, where you can eat, some animals, a beautiful garden etc.. If you come by car, there's a parking space. The staff is very attend, dedicated and friendly. For instance they pick you up at the airport or drop you there.

Friendly staff, disappointing facilities

The staff, especially the manager, was very hospitable and helpful. Many of the food items were organic and from the hotel’s large garden. The pool area looked inviting, though it was too cool to swim. The hotel was adjacent to the airport and motorway, which was convenient. We were welcomed warmly with mint tea.

The hotel was not good value for the money, definitely over priced. Our TV did not function despite staff working on it, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom functioned, but it needed renovation. We pre-ordered dinner, which was simple and filling but lacked flavor. Breakfast was inadequate.

Very good

Pick up was free, hotel was very close, the host was super nice, the room had a nice bed and the breakfast was delicious too. Really a good vibe and I can recommend staying here. My overnight stay for waiting for my connected flight felt like a little holiday extension. Had a pool too, but unfortunately was a bit too cold to swim for me. Maybe next time!

I think they could have cleaned the shower a little bit better, and put nice soap for the price you pay. Overall I thought the hotel was a bit expensive BUT close to the airport and yeah, all the hotels are a bit more expensive there. Was the cheapest option around and for sure not a bad option!

Superb

The room was very comfortable and nice. The shower was hot! This location is close to the airport in Casablanca which makes staying before flying out VERY convenient. The pickup and drop off service is outstanding! Will book there again.

The WiFi dropped and was not stable. A small thing in the scheme of life... ;-)

The cats are the best and the staff were friendly. I can see how this would be beautiful when maintained in the busy season.

The shower design is … interesting. The beds could use some more comfortable pillows. The monkeys seemed sad :( I hope someone gives them more love and attention.

Exceptional

This was on a family-run working farm. Our room was large and very quiet. We stayed one night because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The owner provided transportation to and from the airport. The grounds were lovely. Everyone friendly. Perfect for what we needed.

Location was very good. Close to the airport. Plenty of animals in the Riad including peacocks.

No toilet towels or bottles of water in the room. Was lucky as we had our own towels. The worst part was the breakfast. We were a family of 4. Just had only 3 nan breads for us to share!!!. When asked for extra, none were available. We had juice and milk to drink. But the food was very less and not enough. Just managed this morning with the nan breads. Nothing else was served. Worst stay we had in Morocco. May be if they can try to improve these thi gs, they can be one of the best Riads as the location and area was very quiet and nature friendly.

I was so disappointed

since it’s December, I noted the heater was working , the beds we’re comfortable,the shower was very spacious , good water press and warm water. the WiFi worked.

the toiletries supplies were below bare minimum and so disappointing (toilet paper , soap, etc. & the towels were missing & once delivered , not enough weee given for 2 nights & towels were poor quality . the curtains were hanging off almost falling off - terrible condition. the dinner was 45 minutes late served at 8:15pm , and it was quite a cold dining atmosphere. the food was ok. no hotel phone communication . the staff was ok. the main contact arranged taxi for shopping and price agreed was doubled by end. I didn’t argue but will not trust them to my travels.

The location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location near the airport, and complementary shuttle service. They even made a very early breakfast before our shuttle. Ida in particular was very helpful.

The infrastructure is run down. For instance there was a ceiling leak in our room and a moldy wet bed below.

Cockroaches

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this hotel. It looked like passed glorie; everything seemed older then shown in the pictures. Furthermore, next to spiders and musquitos which are normal visitors in nature, we encountered at least three living cockroaches in our room. The staff was kind, but seemed not so impressed by this, saying they too were to be expected here in nature. However, it exceeded our acceptance level for filth and made us leave to another hotel in the middle of the night. The manager accepted that we dit not pay for the room.

we arrived at the airport from Marrakesh late in the afternoon and were picked up promptly by the very friendly driver.

The location was great. The property was lovely and tranquil. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. we were so impressed that we were given breakfast at 4am and then driven to the airport.
