The hosts were fantastic, and the elegant rooms were a delight. The kids' play area and amazing food made it stand out.

Few items can be included in the room such as Iron box and few cutlery. But nothing of any major concern. We had an amazing experience.

The beds were comfy. Other than that, the location and the parking lot are perfect.

The breakfast was from 10:00 until 11:00, which is weird; why only an hour (no bandwidth)? Also, they claim it's from 09:00 to 11:00. There were no toilet papers, and housekeeping was skipped in our room.

The owners couldn’t do enough. They babysat the kids and were so caring. Food was delicious. The room was so clean.

No elevator

Had a comfortable stay in Snow size, everything mentioned in the review were correct. The staff were wonderful and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. Knowing we are vegetarian the kitchen staff arranged veg food for us. The location of the hotel is best and it so close to the 25th ski area, most of the skiing activities were opposite hotel gate. Rooms were cozy with functional heaters. Special thanks to the reception boy "Qivi" for "Givi" i am not sure on the correct pronunciation but he helped me to explain all the things to do in town. I wish the Snow King management all the very best in serving customers the best way they do. Thanks
