Lovely accommodation

Lovely clean accommodation in a good location Staff so helpful

The sound of a chug boat in early hours of the morning. This is not the hotels fault however would have been nice to have been warned prior to staying, work was been carried out on the river

better than expected, would definitely stay again

Absolutely delightful and welcoming hosts! They allowed us to check in early after we arrived via an overnight train (and had little sleep!). Breakfast was fabulous, all you can eat. They arranged for us a fantastic motorbike tour to Hoi An, as well as a local tour of the tombs. The latter didn't go very well because the driver went off-plan, resulting in us missing one of the tombs we had wanted to see. But the hosts were very apologetic and understanding and provided us a discount because of it. Having coffee/breakfast on the terrace area overlooking the river was so peaceful.

Amazing location

All the staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was fantastic with good range of choice. The location was great. We organised two trips through the staff. The first was a private boat tour with a family which was a fantastic experience. The couple were so so friendly, helpful and she was a fantastic cook! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-5 journey visiting the sites. Our second trip was a private car that drove us from Hue to Hoi An. This was amazing value for money and our driver was incredibly knowledgeable. He stopped at several locations through the mountains that were breathtaking. We also stopped at a fishing village for coffee, lunch in Danang and several other stops. Most impressive was the 'city of ghosts' which wasn't even in our guide book. This guy was one in a million!

Peaceful oasis on river

Great location. Quiet and peaceful because down alleyway off street right on river. Staff amazing. Great breakfast.

Entrance to alleyway can be hard to find first time return on own.

Lovely place and will be great when the riverside work is finished.

People, breakfast, laid back vibe

No fault of the property but they were carrying out major work on the river bank which was very noisy and slightly scary (large crane immediately by property banging huge concrete piles into the riverbed.

Great stay in Hue!

The location was great and the room had everything we needed. The staff were helpful in providing tour/transportation information.

The city is putting in a riverside walkway so there was noisy construction during breakfast.

The best of both worlds.A few steps to the high energy action and yet a peaceful haven afterwards.

A very nice location. Quiet and lovely outlook over the river.Handy to good restauarants and bars and a cheap taxi ride,VND 35000,to Imperial City The hosts lovely and they are fluent in English

lovely riverside villas

beautiful room near the river. close walking distance to everything! wonderful friendly and helpful staff. our night train didn’t leave until 9 pm and they let us leave our luggage all day and even take a shower before we got on the train! which was hugely appreciated as it was incredibly hot and humid when we were there. I look forward to staying there again!

The staff here was very lovely. The property is located right on the river. The evenings at the hotel are particularly calm and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent base from which to explore Hue.

Good location on the river. Handy for local bars and restaurants. Room cleaned every day. Nice breakfast included and served by the river. Comfortable bed, secure location, always someone at reception to assist if needed. Organised excursions were very good.

Bathroom was a little small but perfectly adequate.

A wonderful time in Hue

Everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the little isolated villa down by the river. Very good breakfast. The evening when sitting by the river.

It rained a lot when we where there (1 Jan - 5 Jan ). It was difficult to get clothes to dry up.

Fantastic spot, great value, a little bit of a walk from main street, wonderful service

Great value and lovely spot against the river. The service was amazing and the included breakfast was one of the best we had during our stays in Vietnam.

It's a bit of a walk, maybe 3-5 minutes, off the nearest street. It's a charming walk, but if it is raining a lot, as it was for us, you will get wet before you can get to a car.

Don't look any further for accomodation

It was home from home. It had great facilities, and I was able to take a work call easily using the desk and good WiFi. The gardens are pretty. We arrived by scooter and there was a place to park within the gated area.

extremely clean & away from hustle bustle of Hue. very nice staff- even took me to train station to buy my ticket. great breakfast- banana pancake was amazing.

hot water for shower didn’t last super long- so had to take quick shower. but I think if I would have mentioned it- they would have addressed.

It was fantastic and we recommend to others and we would stay there again

Everything the hosts were extremely helpful. Their recommendation for dinner provided our best dining experience of all during our three week vacation in Vietnam. Their location is in central Hue convenient to river walk, restaurants and shopping but is very quiet.

Highly recommend a long stay!

Everything about the property itself was great. Spacious room, comfy bed, really good breakfast, and beautiful location. We were actually en route to Hoi An and were able to book a tour from this villa to our next villa with a number of sights along the way. The staff was also VERY nice and friendly and spoke reasonably good english (which, to be fair, is an unfair expectation on our part, but very much appreciated).

The mildly lengthy “road” that leads to the property has only one sign on the main street that points you to the actual villa. That “road” is otherwise not well marked, has limited to no lighting, and includes several turns that, if I were a solo female traveler, would make me very nervous and uncomfortable to navigate on my own, especially after dark. Additionally, it would be hard to navigate with roller suitcases (thankfully, we had backpacks).

Highly recommended experience!

Generally, all great! The location is perfect; you are in the center but still out of the chaos of the city. The room was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional!

Overall everything was great. However, something that bittered us was that, at first sight, the responsible of the morning shift was very friendly and kind with us while she was trying to sell us tours for Hue or Da Nang and, the moment we told her that we were not interested, she suddenly became less friendly / enthusiastic.

What I like about the resort is its location, very close to the centre. I also like the garden where you can sit there to watch either sunrise or sunset. But I recommend sunset. The staff members are very helpful. We had to check out early in the morning and the staff got to cook us something to eat.

There are a lot of mosquitos in the room when I first arrived. The staff got to help get rid of them the next days and thing got better. We did not have breakfast (including 1 dish and 1 drink) one day. And then in the afternoon of the same day we ordered some juice and they charged us. We would not mind paying but it would be nice if there was a clear communication about it beforehand that if you skip one breakfast then you cant have it anymore during the day.

Fantastic place to stay, homely, lovely garden on the river, super staff, especially Ms Tuyen.

Everything was really great! We felt welcomed from Ms Tuyen from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, she even walked us to the taxi to say goodbye. She was so welcoming, kind, friendly and happily gave suggestions of all the things we could do in the area. She organised a motorbike for rental. Breakfast was good, the room is lovely, spotlessly clean. The little garden overlooking the river is pretty and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and thank you so much Ms Tuyen for taking such great care of us 😁

The only small problem was mosquitoes in the room. Perhaps a mosquito net above the bed would be a good idea, being so close to the river.
