The reception guy was very helpful

Everything other than the helpful guy. Place is old and in bad repair. Room tiny. Food terrible. Approach road full of potholes.

Breakfast was simple - 4 dishes. the breakfast could have been complete if some bread and butter were served.

frequent power cut and no auto shift. the tv channels were not activated, on call they activated only one channel which we asked for. lunch was not available inhouse.

Average room, only bad thing is no tv channels, even after repeatedly telling them, they never activated a single tv channel which was part of the room

Rooms were good.

Here in the booking site, it was shown that the kitchen facilities and gas cylinder was included in the package. But, once I checked in the room, I had to pay extra amount for the Gas cylinder and Burner. This was totally unacceptable.

Misleading information about room and amenities. Apartments converted into rooms, one common entry to two individual rooms with common dining and sofa. Deluxe room doesn't have a sofa cum bed. Felt cheated by discription. They did not accept credit card payment asked me to do UPI
