Viva Chipiona!

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Der tägliche Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich toll! Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, nur das Bett ist etwas schmal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Estuvimos 4 noches en Apartamento la Barca, nos encantaron las vistas al puerto deportivo y la playa. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y Chipiona es un pueblo muy agradable para pasear en bici y bañarte en estas playas de arena fina y mar tranquilo.

We were met at the Jerez airport by Jolanda, an excellent service and much cheaper than the local Taxi's. The apartment is compact but has everything you require. There is air con ( needed when the temps hit the 40's), the bathroom and shower are excellent. We had a slight problem with the boiler ( our fault ) but Manuel was there straight away to show us where we had gone wrong. The kitchen has everything you need, except if you want to boil water you need to use a saucepan ( no kettle ). The apartment was lovely and clean and decoration superb. The position of the apartment is perfect, just a short walk into the centre, so you do not get any late night noises. Also it its across the road from the Beach and the Port/Marina. We can recommend the Marina for Food and Refreshment( the cheapest ) Also within 30 yards is the La Mar Bar, this is run my Mario and is well worth a visit ( we went most days ) the place is superb with Air Con inside and an outside seating area to watch the sun go down approx 22:00pm Food excellent ( no TV's ). We were there 4 1/2 weeks and will certainly recommend the apartment La Barca and the we will be going again next year. Thank you again Jolonda/Manuel.

Un grand merçi à Manuel et Jolanda pour leur accueil très chaleureux, l'appartement est idéalement situé, très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Manuel et Jolanda sont vraiment très réactif à vos questions, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les soirées dans le quartier historique de Chipiona sont très sympas, très animés mais les gens sont détendus ce qui rend la vie très douce et ça donne envie de rester plus longtemps. Ciao, abbiamo passato una settimana a Luglio 2015 in 3 (2 adulti e una ragazzina) e ci siamo travati molto bene. L'appartamento e` perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto nell'annuncio e mostrato nelle foto. Molto ben equipaggiato. C'e` davvero tutto quello che serve per una vacanza completa. Persino troppo! Se proprio vogliamo trovare i punti deboli essi sono: -fin troppi suppellettili (soprammobili, lampade, oggetti decorativi) che di sicuro rendono l'appartamento molto bello e con uno stile unico ma rendono un po` difficile la vita quotidiana degli ospiti che hanno paura di rompere qualcosa! -il parcheggio non e` sempre agevole Ma questo e` ampiamente controbilanciato dai notevoli punti di forza: -posizione buona per la spiaggia piu` vicina e ottima per andare in centro anche a piedi -cucina fornita di tutto il necessario (credo mai avuto una casa vacanza con una dotazione cosi` ampia!) -balconcino piccolo (purtroppo non sfruttabile per mangiare fuori) ma delizioso per sedersi in due a sorseggiare qualcosa guardando il mare e godendosi la brezza che non manca mai -pur essendo sulla strada/lungomare zona tranquilla e per niente rumorosa, abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta senza problemi, anche come zanzare non ne abbiamo viste ma la casa e` dotata di apparecchietti quindi puo` essere che siamo solo stati fortunati -ma sopra tutto la disponibilita` e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa che abbiamo potuto constatare in un paio di occasioni in cui ci siamo trovati in difficolta` (non per colpa loro). Manuel e Jolanda ci hanno aiutato tempestivamente! Per quanto riguarda Chipiona e` anche essa piacevole, belle spiagge di sabbia dove si trova sempre posto. Lunghi tratti di costa sono protetti dai "corrales" che servono da tempo immemorabile per la pesca. Mare pulito. Utile il mercato alimentare che c'e` tutti i giorni in prossimita` del centro che e` piacevole da girare a piedi. Nell'appartamento trovate mappe e depliant su tutta la zona, ordinatamente raccolti e conservati in un raccoglitore. In camera inoltre ci sono dei bellissimi libri su Chipiona: sfogliatevi per rendervi conto di com'era nel passato remoto e recente, Manuel e` anche fotografo e coautore di uno di questi libri a ulteriore testimonianza dell'amore e della passione che hanno per la loro bellissima terra! Noi eravamo con l'auto a noleggio (indispensabile se si vuole girare un po`). Saluti, G&G

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr gepflegten Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien für eine Selbstversorgung, sogar Gewürze, Öl, etc. waren vorhanden, ebenso waren Schlafzimmer und Bad komplett ausgestattet . Frühstück und Abendessen konnten auf dem Balkon eingenommen werden, wobei tolle Sonnenuntergänge zu bewundern waren. Parkmöglichkeiten in ausreichender Anzahl sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sind sofort zur Stelle.

Het is een schoon en fijn...

Het is een schoon en fijn appartement. Zeer volledig ingericht incl. wifi en schotelontvangst van tv.en op een mooie locatie. Op loop afstand van strand en centrum. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Door Jolanda hartelijk ontvangen en konden voor alle vragen bij haar terecht. Chipiona is een leuk en nog echt Spaans stadje. Volop winkeltjes, terrassen en restaurantjes. Een echte aanrader.

"We are a german couple (35 yrs. old) who really enjoyed the 5 days in Chipiona in September 2011 the apartment is centrally situated, near to the beach, restaurants and shops. In the mornings you can have breakfast on the balcony in the shade and watch the people on the street, you can look to the beach which is only separated by a street and a parking lot - in the evenings you can watch the sundown. The apartment was clean, lovely decorated and very functional. We felt very welcome by Jolanda who even gave us fresh fruits, water,milk and a small bottle of Moscatel. Basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc. were also available for use The only thing we found difficult was to get a balanced temperature in the shower (the temperature changed from hot to cold very often). The place is ideal for further sightseeing to Jerez, Sevilla, Tarifa, Gibraltar....but it is recommended to be able to speak Spanish as most of the tourists in Chipiona are from Spain and the restaurants and shops are not very good with german or english. "
